Things were not going smoothly for Tommy. He had gone outside for a walk and had been immediately chased by two heroes who appeared to be looking for him and only him. Thankfully, people in his district didn't like the heroes, so they stepped in and tried to slow down the heroes as much as possible. However, despite their best efforts, the heroes remained stubbornly on his trail. He couldn't go home because they would see where he lived, and he couldn't keep running all day. So he went to a place he had promised to visit anyways, the casino.

Tommy ran through the double doors of the casino, the heroes right behind him. He weaved and dodged through the casino until he found what he was looking for. He hurried down the hallway that Quackity had taken him down a few days prior. It had only been a few days, but it felt like it had been months since he had been here. Turning around, he saw the heroes blocking off the exit to the hallway. "It's a dead end Tommy. You have some explaining to do." The CrowFather said. "Listen man, I'd love to stay and chat, but I have a very important meeting to get to. I'm sure I'll see you around." He swiftly turned on his heel and knocked the secret knock on Quackity's door. The door swung open, and Quackity greeted him happily. "Tomas!" "Big Q!" Tommy greeted him. Then he looked at him seriously. "Somewhere else please?" He jerked his head towards the heroes staring at him in utter shock. "Oh, why don't you go inside Tomas, and I'll have a little chat with our friends." His tone was sweet, but his eyes glared daggers towards the two heroes. "Go on in, I'll be there soon." Tommy entered the familiar office and closed the door. He activated his powers and pressed his ear up to the door. He wanted to hear what was going on. His now enhanced hearing allowed him to clearly understand every word that the heroes and Quackity said. "What are you doing, Quackity?" Siren spoke with venom in his words. "I'm helping my friend." Quackity responded. "He obviously doesn't want to talk to you, and I'm making sure that peace remains in my casino. Plus, if you knew him, you would know that if he runs, it's for good reason." He muttered the last part, but Siren heard it. "Listen Quackity, I won't hesitate to use my powers on you. Just give up Tommy." Upon hearing this, Tommy pulled out his phone and cracked the door open. Turning on the video function, he took a video as Siren continued to threaten Quackity with his powers. "Hey Siren!" Tommy opened the door a little wider and showed his phone as it continued to video the encounter. "Delete that right now." Siren said. "Nah, I'm good." Tommy replied good naturedly. Siren activated his powers. "Delete the video." His voice was sweet but it had an edge to it. Unfortunately for him, Tommy would be unaffected. "I already told you, I don't think I will. You better hope I don't send this to the committee!" Siren looked at him, astonished. "Why didn't my powers work?" He yelled. "Awe, is little Siren going to cry?" Tommy teased. "Alright, that's all. Get out of my casino" Quackity ordered. "What? Quackity listen, Tommy and I go way back–" ''Farther back than you realise." Quackity interrupted, annoyed. "You just threatened both Tomas and myself and used your powers unnecessarily. Go, now." The CrowFather turned on his heel, pulling Siren with him. "If you really want to get to know him, maybe you should look at your biggest mistake." Quackity called after them. "What do you mean?" The CrowFather stopped and turned around to face Quackity, but he had already disappeared into his office and the door had locked with a click.

"Sorry about that Tomas. Don't worry about them for a while." Tommy laughed. "Eyy, Big Q, my friend!" "Quackity laughed. "Nice nickname. But seriously, what did you do now?" Tommy sighed. "Well, I may or may not have saved The Blade from a Hero Towers as it collapsed, carried him over to a stretcher and disappeared. And I also may or may not have accidentally called him by his real name when I was looking for him in the building." "Tomas!" Tommy smiled. "Yeah, and I may or may not have visited Techno as Theseus and revealed myself to him. My full identity." "You did what?" "Yeah..." Quackity looked at him in disbelief. "I kind of threatened him with my life to not tell anyone else." Quackity's head snapped up, concerned. "You wouldn't actually take your life, right?" Tommy shrugged. "I don't know Big Q. I have a lot to do in this life. But moving on, I would be up there with Kristen." Kristen was his mother. She was the death angel, which is why Phil and Tommy had wings. "Tomas, don't do it. I don't care what else you have to do, just don't take your life." Tommy looked at him. "Listen, I can't promise anything. But I can promise to say goodbye before I do." Quackity looked at him, helpless. "Anyway, I told Techno and we had a nice conversation. I think I'm going to chat with him more often. But I have to make sure he understands that I'm never coming back. I'm happy where I am, and I won't accept his pity." Quackity nodded, understanding. "Well, I'm always here for you kid. If you ever need something, stop by." Tommy smiled, happy to have earned such a good friend. "I will Q" The two spent the rest of the afternoon talking and laughing, enjoying each other's company.
