Chapter 4:{The result of fire}

Alright peeps new chapter, new person, and yes I live :)

It was the next morning. Pearl was the first one to wake up, she opened her eyes only to be blinded by the sun. She groaned and covered her eyes she sat up and looked aroumd, seeing everyone still fast asleep. Scar was peacefully sleeping, and she didn't see any blood so that was a good sign. Meanwhile Leonardo and Carter were cuddling eachother, Pearl couldn't help but giggle at that she noticed how Leonardo and Carter had a brotherly relationship, she wish she had a sibling relationship with someone. Her siblings weren't exactly the best, anyways the sun was just starting to rise so she decided to have a quick breakfast, she started packing up her sleeping bag and went over to her bag. She packed up her sleeping bag and got out a protein bar and started munching on it.

But during her munching she didn't notice Scar waking up until she heard a yawn and looked Scars way. She grabbed another protein bar and tossed it over to Scar, the bar landed in his lap and startled him, he flinched and looked down at the bar in his lap then at Pearl figuring she was the one who threw it to him. He didn't say anything, he just grabbed the bar and started munching on it as well.

Pearl:"*Click* *Click*"
Translation:(Good Morning)

Scar:"Morning."

Pearl couldn't help but stare at Scars leg did it hurt? How long had he had it? Was it infected? Pearl didn't doubt Carters abilities but they could never be sure.

Pearl:"*Pop* *Click* *Pop*?"
Translation:(How's your leg)

Scar looked at Pearl then his leg, his leg hurt a little but nothing unbearable, it actually felt a lot better then yesterday.

Scar:"My leg feels fine actually."

Scar said, Pearl's thoughts eased at that answer, speaking of which two yawns were heard. Scar and Pearl looked over to see Carter and Leonardo waking up, Carter rubbed his eyes and sat up causing Leonardo to move, Leonardo soon sat up as well and they both got out of the sleeping bag. It was funny to watch them squirm.

Pearl:"*Click* *Click* *Pop*"
Translation:(Good morning you two)

Pearl said through a giggle, and she could hear faint snickers from Scar. The two were confused and simply ignored the two water signs quiet laughter, and packed up the sleeping bag.

Carter:"How long have you two been up?"

Carter asked, Pearl shrugged and Scar yawned again.

Pearl:"*Pop* *Pop*"
Translation:(About five minutes)

Scar:"I didn't wake up that long ago."

Carter nodded, however he looked to Scars leg, and Scar noticed.

Scar:"My leg is fine if your wondering, I should actually be thanking you...all of you...so thank you..."

Scar said, everyone was kinda taken aback not really expecting a thank you they were just helping someone in need, and they technically still were. They did still need to get Scar to the Ferus region, Leonardo was the first to speak.

Leonardo:"No problem, but don't thank us yet. We still have to get you to the ferus region, speaking of which we should get moving."

Leonardo said, everyone nodded and after making sure they had everything pack up they started moving but before they did Leonardo decided to become cautious since they were getting closer to the border.

Leonardo:"Scar, here."

Leonardo said, giving Scar his cloak, Scar was confused.

Leonardo:"I would give you a hoodie of mine but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't fit, and we're bound to run into a fire sign at some point as we get closer to the border for this fire region."
