Charlie had healed a few weeks after, well she wanted them to think that but when she walked it felt like she was being stabbed. A knock at her door followed by the creaky door opening "Tom wants to see you" Arthur said opening the door fully for her. Charlie got up and walked over closing the door and going down stairs "office Charlie" aunt pol said
Charlie walked over and quietly entered Tommy's office "you wanted to talk" she said sitting down.
He nodded "who did it" Charlie's face dropped "I have told you.."
" I mean the truth Charlie" he said looking up and signing
Charlie stood up " I told you it was that grace girl! I am your sister why don't you believe me!"
" I just need to know the truth" he said trying to stay calm
"Sorry? The truth! I have been telling you the truth but, but you choose to believe the barmaid you have know for a week! And just to note that whore came to Birmingham the same day the new inspector did!"
How did she know about the new inspector Thomas thought.
"You may leave" he said looking down again "good" Charlie huffed
She slammed the door behind her "Charls?" Finn said walking next to her "what's wrong"
"That bitchy barmaid" Charlie said beginning to walk down to the cut. "Have you seem the way he looks at her!" She said approaching the bridge by the cut. Her and Finn ducked under and sat below the crowded bridge.

John was sent to find his younger siblings.
Finn and Charlie walked around the deep depths of the alleys in small heath. This was a dirty place.
But this dirty place was home. Charlie's home.
"Why doesn't he believe me!" Charlie hated it
"I don't know." Finn was getting bored " stop you two!" A male voice shouted
Grabbing ahold off Charlie and knocking Finn unconscious.
