"(Y/N)... please do not be upset! Your powers will eventually show my dear, just give it time-"

"I have waited for almost hundreds... even thousands of years! I have done all my studying on every possible power, and trying to activate it, yet it never works due to my fatigue! What have I done wrong?!"

"I have taken every precaution to use time to help me, yet it has never worked with me, but rather against me! Will I suffer for an infinite amount of years according to how time was conceptualized? Such a stupid cookie-made concept has destroyed every potential I have!"

"(Y/N)! Do not say such things! You sound absolutely ridiculous right now. As understanding as I am to your pain, you cannot just bend time to your own will."

"There is only one cookie who can bend time. Time is a rare power to wield, if there is a timekeeper, then there can only be a..."

"My lady?... Why did you suddenly stop talking?"

"Forget what I said, please assist me with the weeds in our garden. I've heard they've been out of control recently."

"...Understood."

It's been quite awhile since you recalled such a memory like that. Pistachio Meringue was always very strict when discussing times and concepts to you. You never understood why, but you could probably bet that it was something to do with your frustration.

But you never understood why she avoided the topic of time towards you. She never dared to mention it again after that, and would forcefully shift the conversation in order to avoid the topic if ever brought up again. You never questioned it though.

You already had information about what time was and how it functioned. You didn't need to be fed by someone, you were always pretty capable of learning forbidden things and magic spells anyways. As you stood up from your bed, you still recalled how you always felt an odd feeling of comfort when wearing the robe Longan had given you, or how it felt to be around the dragon's company.

You knew that Longan was a powerful being for their species, who clearly had more than just being a simple villain, they were feared by many, even those that hadn't even seen them before. When they swore to attack with full force, they would break their promise and destroy everything that stood in their way. Longan was definitely one to fear, and reasonably so, yet the way they had treated you, along with their general actions, had caused you confusion on which emotion you would feel around them.

All you wanted to know was that you wanted to learn more about them.

Whether it be origins, their development into an evil and ruthless dragon, it didn't bother if Longan would even give you just the smallest piece of information. You just wanted something, especially if it was towards how Longan viewed you..

"I highly doubt that I'll learn anything secretive about them or how they even feel about me..."

"Yet I feel so desperate to know... Especially after our..." you paused as you felt your face heat up in embarrassment, recalling the memory. You shook it off and decided to go back to bed, since you hadn't been woken up towards Lychee's loud good mornings yet.

Before drifting back to sleep as your eyes began to shut, you woke up to a large crash causing you to yell out, only to turn around in every direction to see if something may have dropped.
