As many of you know, I am a descendant of the signer of the American constitution, the first US secretary-treasurer and with Thomas Jefferson and John Jay they wrote "The Federalist Papers", the man who created the US Coast Guard and currency, the first bank in the state of New York the first New York newspaper the "New York Evening Post" now called the "New York Post" in which my family owns 60%. Both Hamilton's father is of Scottish descent and mother is of French descent Hamilton's wife "Schuyler" is of Dutch descent in which the families who also descend from that side are Roosevelt Livingston.From elementary to university (where I'm studying), whenever it's the 4th of July we have a week to introduce our favorite signer and I always introduce Alexander Hamilton and also on presidents week I always introduce either J.F.K or R.F.K.

Alexander Hamilton (January 11, 1755 – July 12, 1804) was an American statesman, politician, academic, military commander, lawyer, banker, and economist. He was one of the Founding Fathers of the United States and an important interpreter and influential proponent of the US Federal Constitution, as well as being one of the main founders of the current US financial system, a central member of the Federalist Party, the Coast Guard and the New York newspaper. York Post. As the first Secretary of the Treasury, Hamilton was the primary author of the economic policies of the administration of President George Washington. He took the lead in the federal government's financing of state debts, as well as establishing the country's first two de facto central banks, the Bank of North America and the First Bank of the United States. He also implemented a system of customs tariffs and was a proponent of friendly trade relations with Great Britain. His vision included a robust central government led by a vigorous executive power, an advanced commercial economy, government-controlled banks, manufacturing support, and a strong national military institution. He died in a duel with Aaron Burr in 1805.
