Chapter 13: "I'm...I'm sorry error..."

Error lauphed happily. Happy to be with the gang again. Hugging all of them tightly. Even fresh!!! Who he refused to even be around at times!!! "How are you guys animals, that the question." Error spoke, while nightmare just shruddged along with the others, they never thought about it honestly.

"ᵢₜ cₒᵤₗd bₑ bₑcₐᵤₛₑ ₒᵤᵣ ₒₗd bₒdy'ₛ dᵢₑd?" Geno spoke, having his paw under his chin thinking as he tried to speak to error. Who simplyed jumped in shock. "I can understand you guys!" Error yelped happily pulling geno into a hug who screeches. "DOwN dOwN! PUT ME DOWN!" geno hissed slowly getting more understandble more he spoke.

The others exsept nightmare looked shocked. "Wait if you talk, can nightmare talk?" "I can." Nightmare spoke without any trouble.

"YeA BuT iT iSn'T eAsY aS yOu CaN tElL." horror spoke with more struggle than usual. "You'll get the hang of it." Classic spoke laying down lazily.

"Nightmare. Why didn't you tell me you can talk in this form?" Error spoke with a frown as he sat on the floor with cross resting on his legs happily while killer curled up around error as fresh just chilled on errors head. Blue was checking error for any wounds along with nightmare.

"I didn't have a reason to. Child."

"Meanie...and don't call me that."

"I can't wait for you guys to meet the others!... Although we need to be more careful about frisk." Error spoke, as he talked about what he was doing to the others energetically.

Everyone was listening to the child. Humans stopped staring at error shocked and confused. "How? did that stupid monster become a Disney princess or someth- AHHH ITS GOING TO EAT ME! ITS GOING TO EAT ME" A human started to say before killer ran at the human, chasing them for a minute before running back to error.

Dust blinked at what just happened and that error was softly snickering "Should've ate them killer" Error joked while killer just made a face before saying "yeah I should've. Be right back~"

Dust blinked before shaking his head, moving over to nightmare who was ignoring them now as he walked in front of them. "Hey boss." Dust spoke, now speaking in the animal language. "What is it?" Nightmare answered in that language as well. "Is it me or does error act...younger?"

Nightmare grew silent before sighing. "He is in a form of a child and that he never held the experiences a normal monster faces." "None of us has boss." Dust spoke, not amused yet worried about error. Was something wrong with them? "...true. But he is in a form of a child thanks to this multiverse. Which would make him act more like a child as well. But he will still have the knowledge and skill back at our old multiverse..." Nightmare explained remembering his twin brother that he was forced to leave behind.

"That makes sense. Cross and X-chara started to act like a child as well. The ironic thing is that Cross never acted like a child. So, it makes sense that the multiverse is giving them a chance to be a kid."

"I can see that." Nightmare nodded with a chuckle, smiling softly. He felt happy his younger brothers got a happy ending. Is he going to admit he called them brothers. Nope.

When they got back to the building error ran ahead opening the door excited to show them his other family. "GUYS!-...what's wrong?" Error asked confused looking at them.

Seeing the group crying, frisk, toriel, asgore, Asriel... Error looked down at the object sans threw at frisk picking it up gently with his strings. "Why you guys crying? Where's sans?" Error asked.

This caused everyone to flinch at this looking at the black skeleton. "I'm..I'm sorry error but...he's..." Asgore started to say gently.

"He's gone...Betty killed him..." Frisk shakily spoke, hate dripping out of her voice at the word betty.

Error froze, reality shattering in his eyes. First his timeline...his freedom, watching his original family die then back to life...now...sans
