That still doesn't explain why there were no Spirits in all of republic city. I got a message on my phone from Atlantia she had the same thought that I did she said that the spirits that weren't captured probably heard about this and ran away. I text her back then someone tapped my shoulder and told me to put my phone away because the presentation was about to start. I was about to say what presentation but that would give me away and I stopped the words back just in time. Someone wearing a mask got on stage and started to speak " Thank you resenters for coming here today I think you have all noticed the decrease in spirits living among us and I'm sure your all glad to see it but our work here is not yet done. We are nearing our victory and all of you here are a sign of that. Keep working hard and to motivate you to do that I am now doubling the prize per spirit but because the rest of the spirits have fled you might have to leave this city and venture further" with that closing statement the room filled with a grand round of applause.
