Of this world that we live in
They can never replace
Never push away
The love of another
It's a sweet tender thing

Shines in your heart
Being never apart
So remember that the materials
That we all long for
Are to be forgotten
Forgotten in this life
Feeling like you've just lost the fight
Moving on in sadness
But knowing that there's happiness
On the road ahead
Getting ready for the what's next in life
Stop looking back at that pile of strife
Materials break us apart
Materials bring us together
But they can never mend what come's from the tether
