We start in the owl house's living room, where Eda and Owlbert are playing a card game with Xander, Luz and queen watching
Eda: watch closely, you two, hexes hold'em is the most tricky game on the Boiling Isles, any proper witch knows how to play
Luz: oh boy, cards! The paper rectangles that old people think are fun!
Xander: I like cards
Luz: [embarrassed] I-I don't mean just for old people, it's also for cute boys, I-I mean for all people "she said madly blushing while eda and owlbert continue to play cards"
Eda: now when it looks like the deck is stacked against you, that's when you break out the wildcard "she said showing a card with a tower as fiery letters spell out eda wins"
Xander: wow nice win eda
Eda: that's nothing, [whispers] you and I could play strip hexes hold'em "she says blushing when suddenly feathers start appearing on her arms"
Luz: uh, Eda? It's happening again!
Eda: what's happening again?
Queen: your curse is returning!
Eda: [yelps]
Eda then runs to her room as she starts to look for a bottle of elixir while Xander and the others watch
Eda: this is terrible, I'm out of elixir
Luz: last time this happened, you turned into this thing "she said showing a picture of eda as the owl beast"
Eda: I know I should be repulsed, but that look is fierce
Xander: I think she looks cute, you know when you weren't trying to kill us
Eda: [blushes] r-really?
Luz: [glares] Eda! (I'm cute to)
Eda: you're right you're right, we need to head to the market
Luz: Market! "She says pulling Xander as they leave to the market"
We now see the market as eda is seen banging on a metal grate while Xander and luz sit on a bench waiting when suddenly a cart passes by with a large demon follows it's
Luz: whoa, that is one ominous parade
Eda: that's no parade, those are demon hunters dangerous nomads who capture and sell the most powerful beasts "she says as they see them hunters shocking a demon till its unconscious"
Xander: that's harsh
Eda: and what I'm about to become if you don't open up, Morton! "She said as he finally opens up"
Morton: sorry, Eda! I was up all night poison tasting and for some reason I don't feel great
Xander: maybe because it was POISON!
Eda: I'm all outta my juice, pal
Morton: oh, lemme see what I can do "he said looking around while a sad willow and Gus walk up to Xander and luz"
Luz: Willow and Gus! Heya, friends! Wait, what's wrong? Who hurt my babies?
Willow: them "she said pointing to a group of girls one of which was amity" Amity's having a moonlight conjuring and invited everyone but me
Gus: and she keeps posting about it on her Penstagram account "he said showing the post"
Luz: it's conjuring night! No dorks allowed? What a jerk! What's a moonlight conjuring?
