↯↯↯↯I shivered; it was cold out since it was seven in the morning. Or maybe my body was scared, after all I was just about to do what no one had ever attempted before.
"Seventeen dollars please." A curt voice snapped at me, his eyes watched my trembling hands hand him the money. "This is real?" He asked, a small noise of confusion left my mouth, "yes, sir" I answered anyway not knowing why he even asked me that question. Maybe it was normal here.
He stared at me, a deep breath left his mouth. "Your trembling." He pointed out and I looked down at my hands however I already knew they were shaking. "I've got an interview in ten minutes," I lied through my teeth, "for eagle lawyers." I quickly added. I saw their advertisement on a billboard earlier, It wouldn't hurt for a small alibi.
His eyes brightened immediately, "a lawyer huh?" He Hummed, a new sort of respect was garnered for me. "Forget the money," he handed the seventeen dollars back, "just work hard miss," I now feel incredibly bad for lying but "Thank you," I couldn't hold back my smile, He smiled back.
"What's it for anyway?" He asked glancing at the black and white bodysuit with blue accents, a matching attachable hood and some sort of white animal ears, I think they were a fox's.
If I'm about to become a villain, might as well be a fashionable one but I can't tell him that can I.
"They're for my younger sister, she was jealous of our brothers so I decided to get one for her birthday." I answered back with no hesitation, the people I knew didn't call me a natural liar for no reason.

A bad idea: an adjective that means a decision or method that is not sensible or correct.
Well that is what Google told me on my phone anyway. For me, a bad decision right now is exactly what I'm about to do. My seventeen dollar purchase was no longer in its plastic bag but now on my body: a 'superhero' costume and it's matching white fox ears.
Did I feel absolutely stupid? Yes.
Did I look absolutely badass? Also yes.
It was a surprise that a twelve dollar kiddies superhero suit would fit normally on me though the bigger surprise was the fact it actually had quite a lot of protection. What did kids get up too to receive this type of padding?
I closed my eyes and took a few breathes, I was hidden in an alley just a few minutes away from Stark Towers. "In and out." I whispered a few times to calm myself down.
