It's been a few days since Alina's last day of babysitting. She's been occupied with the photoshoot she did, and she's living her best life at the moment.

Mason have occasionally tried to contact Alina to ask her out but he doesn't have the guts. He's afraid of rejection, but that's where his teammates step in and help.

The other day, Mason had told Ben and Trevoh everything that happened, and they tried to convince Mason to invite Alina to a game, but Mason didn't like the idea. He wants to spend time with her and get to know her more, not force her to watch a whole game and then take her home.

There's a carnival happening today and Mason would like to take her there, it's not too much and not too little, but he obviously had to ask her out first and that's something he's still struggling to do.

Ben and Trevoh are currently sitting in front of Mason during their lunch break in a quiet room after their first training session. They looked at him, and Mason looked confused.

"What"

"Are you going to call her or what?" Trevoh asked.

"I should just text her, I'm less awkward when texting!?" Mason said

"Brother listen to me, if you want a woman to go out with you, you need to put some effort and show her how much you want to. A simple text isn't enough in this case", Trevoh said with Ben agreeing with him

"Remind me why I should I take advice from someone who's never dated", Mason looked at Trevoh

"Coaches don't play Mason...coaches don't play", Trevoh slowly shook his head as he leaned back

"Just call her now and get it over with", Ben said annoyed at Mason for overthinking everything

"What now?", he asked

"No, I think next year would be a great time," Ben said, rolling his eyes.

"What if she actually rejects me?" Mason asked, worried.

"We all know that will be the worst case scenario, either that or she will say yes" Ben said finally convincing Mason.

"Fine," Mason said, letting out a deep breath and taking his phone out. He typed out Alina's name and called her.

"Put it on speaker," Trevoh said

Mason put the speaker on and Alina answered the phone call.

"Hello"

"Hey Ali, it's Mase," Mason said, nervous. "Don't be nervous," Ben whispered

"Hey Mase, how are you?"

"I'm good How are you?", he asked more calmly as he looked at Ben and Trevoh for reassurance.

"I'm good, thank you."

"Good...so I uhmm-" Mason looked at Ben and Trevoh again, who were going crazy.

"Act normal you idiot," Trevoh whispered to Mason as he palmed his face

"Hello, Mase?" Alina called him out

"Oh yea, so I just called to ask if you're busy tonight," he asked casually this time, feeling good. Trevoh and Ben put their thumbs up.

"No I'm not busy," she said. She was feeling a bit nervous and confused about why Mason was calling her.

"Oh ok, so I was just wondering if you'd like to go to this carnival here in London tonight...just you and me," he asked, feeling relieved that he was able to say it, but his eyes were closed waiting for her response. The boys said nothing for a few seconds, waiting for her reply.
