We see a snake woman watching over an egg. "It's cracking!" The woman said as the metallic egg started to open, revealing a small Bronze snake like creature with small embers bursting from it's body. "Woah, is that my baby brother?" Said a 100 year old boy. "Yes he is" said a voice from the shadows. This was king mumbo the 4th. "His name is Kai, it means spirit and he has the gift of fire..... Finally, we can now combat the merlopian with the element of water!" Spoke the King whose heart was now filled with Joy and happiness.
We soon Skip to the ripe age of 150. Kai has been training on his "Gift of the desert". Kai was then wandering across the valley, when he was bumped into by 2 humans.

"A Serpentine with... fire?" Said the darker haired human. "Don't eat us!" Screeched the other human. Before Kai could even utter a word, a platoon of guards appeared. "My leige are you all right?" Grumbled the leader of the guards Char. "I'm fine char" Char then nodded and ordered his men to capture the humans and bring them before the king. The two boys were then brought to king Mumbo the 5th "you do realize, that you almost destroyed the delicate peace between humans and serpents that has stood still for millennia?" Said the king. He then sent the boys to sleep in the dungeon for the night to think about what they've done.
That night the two were visited by two serpent's "Aspheera, why are we in the dungeons?" Said a worried Kai. "Do not worry my leige, I just have some business to take care of." Spoke the Royal Sorceress Aspheera. Aspheera then went to the boy's cell. "Hello" she said. The boy's were of course, confused.
