Part 25 - Late

We're back in Seattle for a while and the exam period is here. I'm really stressed because I want to have good grades. But I have days when my boyfriend is distracting me.

But today... Today I'm no in the mood for anything. I'm just sitting in the library, looking at my papers, but I can't memorize anything. I woke up really tired and I'm not in the mood for doing things.

I try to focus on my papers until I feel two well know lips on my neck. Great. Hardin came here to distract me. This is what I don't need right now. And if I tell him, he will get mad.

"Hi, baby."

"Hi." I turn my head and I kiss him.

"All day in the library?"

"Yeah, I have an exam in a few days."

"You should take it easy. You are going to exhaust yourself."

"I won't, I promise." I give him a reassuring smile.

"Will you stay with me tonight?"

"So, you can distract me?" I smile and he sits next to me.

"Maybe?" He kisses my shoulder.

"You don't have an exam tomorrow?"

"I do. But I'd rather spend time with my girl."

"You are sweet, but I'm not feeling that well. I'm sorry."

"What's wrong? Tell me."

"I felt nauseous this morning and I don't have appetite. I'm not in the mood for anything."

"That's a good reason to take a break from studying." He closes my books. "Please. It's not good for your health to stay up to learn."

"Okay." I sigh and I start to pack my stuff.

"Let's go to my room and get some sleep, then we're going to a movie."

"Alright." I smile and we get up.

Hardin carries my bag to his car, we get inside and we leave to his place. As soon we arrive, we change in some comfortable clothes and we get inside the bed.

"You are stressing a lot, baby. And it's not okay." He rubs my cheek and I smile.

"You know I am a nerd." I giggle. "I want to get the maximum grades."

"I know. And you will, even if you won't learn every day."

"Okay... I will take it easy from now on."

"Good." He kisses my forehead. "Let's sleep for a few hours, then we'll have some comfort food and we'll go to the cinema."

"That's a perfect plan."

"Sleep good, love."

I wake up with a bad feeling of nausea. I escape from Hardin's arms and I run to the bathroom where I end throwing up. Shit. What's happening with me? A few moments later, Hardin comes in the bathroom and I feel him sitting behind me. He can't do anything. I don't know how much time passed until my stomach was empty and the gross taste of acid is in my mouth. I lift up my head and I let my head on the back.

"Do you need anything?"

"Some water?" I say with a raspy voice.

"Alright." He gets up and a few moments later, he's back with a bottle of water. He hands it to me and I start to take small sips from it.
