Chapter 9

BUILD'S POV

After that night we shared in the pool everything changed between us. Almost every night, we're doing the same thing we did back there.

But no sex is involved.

Every time that he touches me now, my body is reacting to it almost immediately. And that makes me worried sometimes, that one day I will surrender myself to him again.

But the thing now is, I'm enjoying every moment with him.

I think it is because it's been a long time since I didn't feel those kinds of intimacy. My body can't deny the fact that I'm also missing his touch.

It's been a month since that day happened. But the only good thing is, he didn't ask me to do sex with him. And I am so much thankful to him because he understands what I told him before.

He even let me go today to the reunion with BiBu even if he's not coming anymore. He wanted to come but something came up from the company that he needs to attend to.

I found out that my ex Mile and even my best friend Nodted will not be able to come to the said event, so I decided to go.

I also informed Bib that Mile was not coming, because he looks so worried about me. He wants to come, with or without the presence of my ex.

But early this morning they called him for an emergency meeting.

I'm just a little bit sad because I received a message from him while on our way to the reunion. That he needs to travel out of town, so we can't see him when we go back home later.

And he is coming back by next week.

I even want to celebrate our anniversary on the day after.

I even want to ask him to go out somewhere, but I think it's the wrong time.

"Bui, you look so fabulous, and look at your son, he looks so cute like you," Us greeted me enthusiastically. As is the classmate I meet in the mall before.

He's also married to one of our classmates before and they have also two kiddos now.

"You too, so where is everyone?" I asked him excitedly showing him my dimple smile.

I called him to come out because I'm a little bit worried about meeting everyone today.

BiBu was in his stroller because he wanted to sleep.

After our greetings and having chit-chat for a while we went inside the restaurant and meet everyone.

I can't even recognize some of them because they changed their styles.

"Bui, is that you?" Jj said when he saw me with Pong, Bas, and Job next to him.

They all turn to look at me when he says that.

We greeted each other and talk for some time like in the old days.

Now that I'm reunited with them, I kind of miss the old days.

High school life was the best year of being a student, not until you reach college.

Two hours had gone by so fast.

We are currently eating our lunch when Jj said we have a VIP guest that is coming.

And he told us that he is already outside.

Now everyone was asking him who was it but he didn't say anything and he just smiled at us.

Everyone was curious about that guest he mentioned.
