I've been hanging with brendon for a little over two weeks now he comes over every Friday and we hang out at school all the time he gives me a ride home often and my crush on him has only become bigger I don't think he feels the same way though
"Y/n!" I heard from behind me I turned around to see brendon "hi brendon" I said he held a paper up and said "I aced my math test!" He exclaimed I smiled and clapped my hands together "yay!" I said he hugged me "thank you y/n I couldn't have done it with out you you really saved my ass my parents would have killed me" he said "glad I could help" I looked down "hey whats wrong?" He asked "I just... I guess you don't need me anymore hm" I said sadly "what?" He asked "that was the whole reason you were hanging with me, right? I mean who's to hang with a loser" I said he lifted my head up to look at him "y/n that was not the reason I was hanging with you...I was and am hanging with you because your a great person and I like being around you" he said genuinely meaning it I smiled lightly and blushed "really?" I asked he nodded "yeah your fucking awesome" he said I giggled
"So um I was thinking as a thank you...we could go to that ice cream place down the street?" He asked nervously "yes I would like that very much" I said he smiled after school we did in fact go after school I tried to pay but he refused to let me we had a really nice time when we got in the car I remembered I had went to the mall and saw these bracelets with a little electric guitar charm on it the band was like a leather material and it looked braided I grabbed two for brendon because I thought he would like them "um brendon I have something for you" I said he raised his eyebrows "yea?" He asked "yeah I saw these at the mall and I thought you'd like it but you don't have to wear it you probably think it's stupi-" he cut me off "no I love them...but why don't you keep one so we can match" he suggested "yeah sure" I said he put his on and I put mine on
