I heard a knock on the door and opened it, it was brendon he was standing there with flowers in his hand "hi baby" he said "hi" I said not expecting him to be here today he handed me the flowers "I figured I'd come see you and I saw these at that little shop on the corner and they were so pretty and they reminded me of you so I got them for you" he said my heart melted "thank you babe" I said pressing a gentle kiss to his lips he came inside and we went to the kitchen where my mom was she looked over at us "oh Brendon hi" she said he smiled and said "hello miss l/n" he said I grabbed his arm and quickly pulled him up the stairs with me to my room
He sat on my bed "why did you wanna come up here so quick?" He asked "I don't know I just wanted to be alone with you"I said he pulled me close to him and wrapped his arms around me i nuzzled my head into his chest "hey I was wondering.." he started "what?" I questioned "if you maybe go to Hawaii with me and my family this summer we go every summer and..I would really love to take you....if your parents are okay with it of course" he said I smiled "I would love too! But we gotta go ask them"I said he nodded and we walked downstairs and my parents were on the couch
"Hey guys we have something to ask you" I said they nodded and brendon started "my family and I go on a trip to Hawaii every summer..and I was wondering if I could take y/n with me this summer my family is completely okay with it and it was actually me and my moms idea we'll pay for it and everything" he said as he nervously fiddled with his hand my mom and dad looked at each other and shrugged "yeah that's fine we trust your parents to look after y/n" my mom stated "yay!" I exclaimed brendon told me all the details and I began packing even though the trip was 2 weeks away
