Chapter 5

I walked into my bathroom so I could shower before school.

I let the warm water hit my back as I felt tears fall on my cheeks.

I finished my shower and walked back into my room to get dressed.

I end up wearing earrings, a necklace, a sweater, my black pants and black shoes.

I walked out of my room closing the door and then I walked downstairs.

"Dads moved." Nathan said

"What do you mean?" I said confused

"He said he can't forgive what he did." Kai said

"So where did he go?" I asked

"He moved to his safe house in Columbia says he will just visit us." Kai sighed

"Good." I said coldly

"You're under my care now." Nathan said sternly

"Okay." I said

Hey princess I'm here

"Jonah's here." I smiled

"Be home by 4:00." Nathan said

"Okay." I said

I grabbed my bag and then I walked out of the front door.

Jonah got out of the car and he hugged me tightly as I felt tears fall.

"You're safe now." He said

"I know." I said

I pulled away and he wiped my tears as he kissed my cold cheek.

He opened the door for me and I got in the car as he held my hand.

We made it to school and I got out of the car as he locked it.

He held my hand and I put my head on his chest as I sighed.

"It's okay." He mouthed

I walked to my first class which was English and sat down at the back.

He put my bag down and then kissed my lips before leaving.

"He's so cute with her." A girl said

"I'm glad he's happy." Another said

The bell went and I got up grabbing my bag and then walked out.

I walked to my next class which was maths and sat down at the back.

I opened my book and then I put my head down on the table.

I walked to the cafeteria sitting down and waiting for my friends.
