*Amelia's POV*

I woke up to a blanket on me that was originally not but for some reason, I actually liked it on me cause I was freezing eventually I got up rubbing my eyes the sun hit my eyes making me groan in pain, I looked around seeing my so-called bodyguard on my bed!

She was at the edge of the bed probably trying to NoT WaKe Me Up she probably kissed me or touched me like all the other bodyguards tried to do to me in the past and all of them were perverted boys, I scoffed in annoyance going to look at the security cameras that my mom put in my room a few weeks ago after the incident that happened.

I got on my computer and looked through the camera footage waiting to see her touching me inappropriately or her kissing me without my consent/permission but I didn't find any of that and non of the footage seemed to be deleted, I signed thinking that maybe she's waiting for the perfect moment to strike me.

She started to move a little in annoyingly cute ways making me blush slightly I shook my head trying to get those thoughts about her out, and I noticed her eyes started blinking rapidly until all I could see was her coffee brown eyes staring at me.

"Morning Amelia" Lucia

"Ugh don't talk to me perv" Amelia

"Ok but I'm not a pervert" Lucia

"Then why were you sleeping in my bed ay"
Amelia

"Because I couldn't get comfortable on the floor so I slept on your bed but I tried to stay away from you so you didn't get mad when you woke up" Lucia

"Mhm whatever" Amelia

She got up off the bed walking to the door, she turned the handle but stopped midway I noticed she glanced at me.

"Hey do want to go do something fun" Lucia

"I-i um...Sure, wait are asking me on a date!" Amelia

"No, I'm just asking to hang out like friends"

"O-oh ok, then su-sure

"Cool see you in a few minutes" Lucia walked out of my room closing the door slowly it shutting with a click,

I don't know why I stuttered when she asked me to hang out most of my bodyguards just flat out ask me on a date or ask me to be their girlfriend but she didn't even do any of that.

I got up and walked to the door once I got out of the room I went downstairs to the living room when I got down there I saw Lucia standing at the door waiting for me.

*Nobody's POV*

"So where do you want-?" Lucia asked looking at her phone but got interrupted

"THE MALL PLEASE," Amelia yelled cutely cutting Lucia off

"I m-mean the mall please" she repeated herself but in a calmer tone

"Hehe, haha, your kinda cute in your own toxic way" Lucia laughed a compliment

"Oh u-um th-thanks I guess" Amelia responded stuttering

Lucia opened the doors allowing Amelia to go outside, Lucia then walked outside standing next to Amelia,

"So how are we going to get to the mall" Lucia

"Oh yeah, hold on" Amelia

Amelia bought out her phone and texted someone she then put her phone away and looked at Lucia for a minute then saw her smile a cute yet stupid smile making her immediately look away.

After a couple of minutes the same black fancy car that Lucia and Edric rode in to get here pulled up, they got in and sat as far away from each other as possible

"So want to tell me a little more about yourself?" Lucia

"What no I barely even know you!!" Amelia

"Yeah that's why I asked that question so we can get to know each other better dumbass" Lucia

"Ugh fine but I'm not going to tell you my life story and don't call me a dumbass" Amelia

"That's fine by me and I won't call you that for now" Lucia

"Ugh, I'm 17, I dye my hair every year, I don't have many friends, I like cats and Im a lesbian, they're happy now tell me about yourself" Amelia

"Ok, I'm 18, I live with my stepmom because my real mom died, I have only 2 friends, I love bats and otters, I have lots of weapons for self-defense and I'm bisexual, there now you know me a little more" Lucia

"Wait how did your mom die?" Amelia spoke in a sorta sad tone

"Why do you care.." Lucia

"I don't I'm just curious" Amelia

They stayed silent for a while just looking out their window then Lucia spoke
"when I was 5 me and my mom were coming back from my dad's funeral when my mom wasn't looking she didn't stop when there was a red light and... She got hit by a truck only I survived but she *sniff* didn't" Lucia spoke about to cry but she held in her tears

"Oh I'm sorry Lucia" Amelia

"It's not that big of a deal what's done is done" Lucia

Amelia shook her head and looked out the window in Glee
"enough sad talk look were at the mall let's have some fun at least to get that off our minds, ok" Amelia responded breaking the sad atmosphere around them

Lucia laughed and then nodded, Amelia grabbed her hand and pulled her out of the car dragging her into the mall, Lucia smile at Amelia making her blush a little once again.

*After 3 hours of being in the mall*

It was 6:42 the in the afternoon and Lucia and Amelia just made it back to the manor, once they got out of the car there was a piece of paper on the door saying
"darling me, your dad and your siblings are on a little trip we're not going to be back till next month there's plenty of food in the fridge and freezer love you: sighed Odalia"

Amelia sighed knowing that this was an every 2-year thing so she wasn't that surprised about this, they walked into the manor putting all their stuff on the table in the kitchen cause most of it was food then the rest was in Amelia's room.

Lucia sat on the floor just looking at her phone and Amelia was on her bed also looking at her phone but she wasn't doing anything on it what she was doing was thinking about Lucia and how,

she might be different she might be- Amelia stopped herself and then thought that she was just like the other bodyguards she's had in the past perverted, weak, and dumb she swore that she was not going to let the same thing happen to her..... again.
