Mondstadt is the city of freedom.

Yet the freest one is the Anemo Archon.

In my journey, I heard tales of a bard that sings music in my name. Songs of happiness, longing, and other strong emotions that I have been getting quite familiar with. Many say he hangs around the taverns, drinking and singing. Others say that they've seen him loitering nearby a large tree.

My travels have led me back to this city with a newfound appreciation of its culture. In my disguised form, I am just a dancer that goes along with the songs of the past. I've met a young lady with fiery red hair who calls herself a warrior. I admire her tenacity and her way of defending her home. She asked if I had other plans for my future and I was shocked to find I had none. My goal in life is to make sure that the world stays in balance, take notes of progress, and not interfere with the world's changes.

I remember breaking that taboo once and having Celestia punish me for doing such a thing. How could I just stand and watch a child become abandoned by their mother?

Either way, I had to make sure that my identity was not seen by the wielder of winds. Just as I left the city, the sounds of the lyre filled my ear. A song that I haven't sung in many years...

Aether and company glared at the water witch who had their friend captive.

Hestia struggled to breathe within the bubble she was trapped in. Holding her breath was simple for her to do since she spent most of her time around Dewey of all slimes. When the slime first appeared in her life, several bubbles were put on her head out of fear. So many soaked clothes went to Flamey to dry off...

Inna smirked down at the heroes looking up at her. She had the whole city surrounded by her Big Drip monster. She herself was floating above the crowd with her umbrella, glaring down at Venti. So this was the Archon that her comrade had problems? He looked so weak and wasn't even at his full power anymore! How drole, she was hoping to have a grand battle with the archon himself. No matter, she got what she came for and the other heroes looked pretty weak in her eyes.

"Hey you big meanie! Release our friend at once!" Paimon yelled, angrily shaking a fist at Inna.

"Oh no...I feel so intimidated. As if a small floating child is going to tell me what to do." Inna remarked sarcastically, flipping her hair. "I have your entire town surrounded and there's no way any of you can escape. You might as well surrender now and save yourself the trouble. Or else I will drown this town with the power of my drip! For I am Inna the Water Witch, one of the glorious members of the Moros Clan!"

"Moros Clan?" Aether whispered under his breath, putting that thought aside. "How are you sure we won't be able to stop you?"

"Cause if any of you move a muscle, I'll drown the poor girl once and for all."

Hestia's eyes widened at that proclamation and struggled in the bubble more.

"We have to save Miss Hestia from the scary witch lady!" Klee got out her Dodoco bombs and frowned. "Not even my bombs could reach her in time. The big scary water monster might slap them out of the air."

"I could aim for the bubble itself, but there's a chance this Inna could reform the bubble again. She seems to be skilled with the element." Venti bit his lip. "Could you freeze it Captain?"

Kaeya rubbed his chin. "Could be worth a try. What do we have to lose?"

"Then I'll distract her alongside Klee here. You and Venti focus on saving Hestia. Paimon, can you divert Inna's attention away with Windy?" Aether instructed, getting a nod from both slime and floating friend. "Okay, let's do this."
