"Darc! Psst Darc!"Harsh whispers came followed by the tapping of stone's on a window "Darcy I know you can hear me!.... I'll find you animal bones or go into the woods with you and find rocks or something!" After those words came out of the boys mouth the window opens and a head pops out long dark hair blowing slightly in the wind smirking down at stiles "The fact that you fall for that every time is astonishing one would think you want to hang out with me" This causes stiles to roll his eyes "Ha ha funny, now hurry up they found half a body and we need to get Scott so we can find the other half first!" He said watching as Darcy disappears from the window Stiles reaches his arms out ready for the bag that comes flying out of the window seconds later, Darcy soon climes out the window his hair now tied up out of his face minus the few shorter hairs, he carefully but quickly climes down the house jumping when he gets closer to the ground "Come on then slow poke let's go!" Darcy called back running towards the jeep stiles threw his head back dramatically before following after his friend
The two made it to Scott's where they both climb onto the porch roof though Stiles slipped slightly making a loud noise, laughing slightly the two sat and waited for Scott to come out, when the door opens stiles leans down showing himself to Scott, Scott yelps in terror, almost hitting the person in the face with his bat until he realizes that it is Stiles, one of his best friends, who is yelping just as loudly, they both scream at each other before Scott huffs in frustration and annoyance before lowering his bat "Stiles, what the hell are you doing?!" He yells annoyed Stiles looks just as exasperated as Scott as he eyes the bat in his best friend's hands "You weren't answering your phone! Why do you have a bat?" He answered "I thought you were a predator!" He huffed "Stiles a predator oh! Oh god that's funny! Baby Stiles is so big and bad!" Darcy laughed hanging down beside stiles "Hi Darcy" Scott smiled at his other best friend Stiles looks at Scott, clearly appalled by the implication, before scoffing at Darcy and changing the subject to why he's there "Look, I know it's late, but you gotta hear this. I saw my dad leave twenty minutes ago. Dispatch called-- they're bringing in every officer from the Beacon Department, and even state police." stiles mentioned "For what?"Scott frowned Stiles has difficulty concealing his glee regarding his answer "Two joggers found a body in the woods." Reaching up to pull himself free of the trellis, Stiles lands on his feet in front of Scott, who still looks confused Darcy doing the same "What a dead body?" Scott asked causing Darcy to facepalm Stiles reaches up and leans on the railing to look at Scott at eye-level with a sarcastic expression "No a body of water" stiles rolls his eyes He yelped as Darcy shoved him out of the way taking his place "Yes dumbass a dead body!" Darcy smiled Scott looks unnerved about this news as Stiles climbs over the railing making sure to push Darcy in the process to join him on the porch "You mean, like, murdered?" Scott asked "Nobody knows yet. Just that it was a girl, probably in her twenties." "Hold on, if they found the body, then what are they looking for?" Scott frowned Stiles becomes overwhelmed with glee at the drama of this situation as he finishes the story Darcy frowning as he finally joins them smacking stiles on the back of his head as he reaches his side "Ow you bitch what was that for!" "Don't push me you bastard!" "Anyway that's the best part, they only found half the body" he finished explaining pushing Darcy just to annoy him Stiles' tone of voice changes, making it clear that Scott doesn't have a say in what happens next "We're going" Scott pouts slightly glancing at Darcy who just smiles at him "How'd he get you out of your cave?" Scott asked "Oh the idiot did his normal promised to get me bones and go into the woods with me" Darcy shrugged "And somehow I never learn my lesson" stiles huffed
