10 miles from Beni Suef
Zayn's POV
It has been 2 days since we left Giza for our destination, Beni Suef it was around 3 pm the army was pretty irritated walking in the scorching heat of Egypt we were not in the desert but the irritating forests of the western Nile bank indeed it was a place where we exposed ourselves to ambush so that we can trap the Egyptians with the proposed 4 contingents tactic "Intense noise of Battle drums and horns" men came rushing into our prepared lines they attacked us with stones spears whatever the depleted nation of Egypt had to offer them our lines held firmed
Finally, after 5 pm the fighting stopped the sun was going down with the barbaric noises of Egyptians the banner of Egypt finally fell with its brave bearer I heard voices "Amir, Amir it's the King of Egypt, We captured him" I heard these words they were as sweet as honey to my ears, I immediately Mounted off my horse and rushed to the king with our stand bearer and generals running behind me " greeting O the king of great Nile " I greeted him "it's not mine anymore " he said in an ignorant manner, " You're still the king I haven't killed you yet " I said these words and backed off from the conversation and went towards my horse.
In the Generals tent
" Brave men what shall we do with the great king of Nile," I said as I laughed in a taunting manner.
" We should sign the treaty of peace now we have him so I think it would be easy for us and the people of Misr (Egypt) will indeed surrender. " Ibrahim stated.
" Hmm... Let's move into the city of Beni Suef and spread the news of the capture of the King and arrange a meeting so that we can sign the treaty " I said.
The battle of Beni Suef was a better victory we won with fewer casualties and almost annihilated the Royal Army of Al-Misr.
Beni Suef.
We entered the city unopposed riding towards the City's Palace we sat down and started discussing the terms of the Treaty.
The Treaty was accepted by both sides and signed by the Caliph as well, our orders were to return to Mecca, and as we reached Tayma we were greeted as victors and they called me Zayn-Fateh e Al-Misr the news reached all corners of the caliphate but something else was brewing at Mecca as we reached Medina after being greeted I was given very shocking news THE CALIPHATE IS IN A STATE OF CIVIL WAR.
