You said as the young boy with big glasses turned around to see you as a hidden blush was across his face "hey Y/n" he said as he continues to read a book about coffee magic "ohhh what's that you're reading?" You asked as he looks at you shyly "w-well it's coffee magic and I will learn to somehow perfect it" he said as your eyes beamed brightly "really?! That's so cool!" You said as his blush became more deeper as the water fountain was flowing with glistening water till Madeleine came in with the two of you "hey guys!" He called out as the two of you greeted him... All of you played for hours until that's when Madeleine was head to home but before you could go home, Espresso held onto your wrist "yes?" You asked as he blushes "will you marry me when we're both older?" He asked as you looked at him with a blush "ofc!!!" You said as he stood there as you went home

Espresso was doing his daily tasks onto his coffee magic... He was going home, until he noticed a familiar water fountain... Where you, him, and Madeleine play together when you all were kids. He smiles then walked off to do some things at work

Espresso then heard a distant call for him, as he turns around irritated but his irritation was gone by the flustered face flush through... It was you "Hey Espresso!" You said happily as you ran up to him till Espresso kept his cool "hello Y/n" he greeted back as both of stroll around as if he had nothing to do (simp...) Anyways- you and him talked till Madeleine barges in with your  conversation "hey guys! What are you talking about?" After 8 hours of strolling, the sun began to set as all three of you went back but... Espresso then realized that his heart and love for you can't take it anymore– he needs– no... Must confess, he then brought some flowers at Herb's flower shop then put a love letter onto the small bow on the flowers, the flowers were beautiful, blooming white roses as he walked towards the water fountain where you and him first met

Forgetting what she told me by the water fountain...~

Espresso then made it but that's when... He saw you and Madeleine but Madeleine was actually hiding a full bouquet of azure roses... No no, this must be a mistake right?. "Y/n... For the longest time I don't think we could be friends anymore but I think we should be more than that..." He said with a shy blush which made you blush as well "Y/n Cookie... Will you be mine till the ends of Earthbeard" he said as he showed the flowers which made you gasped softly as Espresso stood there shook "yes yes!" You accepted and Espresso cannot believe what he is hearing, Madeleine then slowly grabbed her hips

Madeleine then pulls you into a kiss as you accepted but Espresso just stood there... He couldn't believe to what he just heard and saw

Until Latte then saw Espresso standing still in the spot which she thinks that he's thinking and zoning out about you again which she smirks. "Heyyy~" she said teasingly but Espresso ignored her as he continues to look at the new couple he didn't want to be together. "What's wrong-" halfway through Latte's sentence, she then looked to the place where he's staring at till her sly face became a frown and realized that Espresso dropped the bouquet of flowers he was gonna give "oh..." She said then suddenly looks at the shock face and teary eyes of Espresso as she walks him home, feeling bad
