My review:
FIRST FOREMOST T.L SWAN, the writer of this book, have heroes that will make you scream out, pull your hair and cuss out loud. So better duct your mouth. Author doesn't, I mean never write about anything considered sweet.
Obviously this is second chance and BODYGUARD romance and the male lead Ben is really badboy, asshole and a certified Bastard. He is everything but not sweet not even SWOONY or not even a man you should dream. The female lead of this book is Bridget, overly irritated, easy going, an easy pass and maybe naive gullible fool. I don't hate her, she sacrificed every thing for him even her life too. She is little bit fierce but like I said an easy pass.
I have both negative and positive points but I FUCKING LIKE THIS BOOK, I was conflicted over the rate 4 or 4.5⭐ it made me cry in many points. Ben is the man who never thought of being a married or having future. He can be anything but romantic?! Well few times he was romantic, I guess less than a few time....
