Chaeryeong's POV
"Have fun you two!" Yujin said as Yuna and I stepped out of the room
"Chaeryeong, take care of Yuna" her Lia-unnie said and I gave her a nod
We then both walked down and made our way to my car. I opened the door for her and let her get inside first. After she's inside the car, I went to the other side and Mr. Park opened the door for me
"Thank you" I said and smiled at him
As soon as Mr. Park also got inside the car, he started the engine and drove off.
Yuna, I know it's just our first date and she may be feeling a bit awkward that's why she's quiet and sitting quite far from me while staring at the window.
"Y-yuna" I called her. She hummed in response and looked at me
"Can I move closer and sit beside you?" I gulped when I ask. I'm nervous. I'm not really the type of person to cling onto someone unless it's Ryujin
"If it'll make you happy then you can scoot over. I don't mind" she said which made me squeal inside. She's seriously making me happy
I slowly scoot over to her side while containing my happiness. I'm restraining myself from smiling widely as she might find it weird
"Can you tell me where are we going?" She suddenly asked which made me shrugged my thoughts off
"It's a surprise. I'm sure you'll gonna love it there" I said and smiled at her. She gave me a smile as well that gave me butterflies
"You're really gorgeous Yuna" I said without thinking
Well actually, that's on my mind and it just slipped to my mouth
But guess what? She blushed when I said that. I made her blush! It will be a long night for us, and I prepared a lot for her and I'm seriously praying that It'll make her happy. 'Coz if not, I'm going to kill Yujin since she's the one who gave me the idea to bring Yuna to the place where we're heading right now
The partition wall then slightly rolled down and Mr. Park already stopped the car
"Ms. Lee, we're here" he said and get off the car to open the door for us.
I got out of the car first then I was the one to open the door for Yuna.
Her eyes widen upon seeing where we are.
"Yujin said you like stars" I said but she seems to still be amaze by where we are.
"Do you want to go inside?" I asked and she nodded while smiling, well not at me, she's still looking at the building infront of us
We soon then get inside the building and the light was actually dim when you got inside then it's darker the more you walk and explore the building
Did I mention? Where at the observatory right now. I know the stars here are not real but this place's still make you feel like you're really stargazing
"Unnie" she said.
Now she's finally looking at me
"Hmm?"
"Do you like it here?" I asked her and she nodded as a response
"Go on. You can roam around the building. No one will stop you nor interrupt you" I said and smiled at her
After I said that, she run off. I didn't expect her to really leave me though since we're on a date but still, if she's happy, then so do I.
I also made my way in the observatory looking at the ceiling, on the wall, it's full of stars and I there's also a small milky way on the other part of the wall
I stopped when I saw a bean bag. This place is nice, I didn't know they provide bean bags here.
I lay down on the bean bag and realize it's purpose. So it's really for stargazing but make it comfortable. I'm laying down while watchibg this fake stars that's surrounding me when I suddenly had another idea for our date.
I wonder where Yuna went
Maybe she's having too much fun going around the observatory.
I sat back up again when I realize my clothes might get wrinkled
"Unnie" great, she's back
"I'm sorry I got a little excited" she said
"That's okay. That's the reason why I rented this whole place just for you" I said.
I really didn't plan to say that. It just slip to my mouth
"Wait what?" She asked with her eyes brows
" Is that the reason why we're the only ones here right now?" She asked and I nodded while pursing my lips
This place is dark but we can still see each other tho
"Unnie, you didn't have to do that. I know how much the entrance here worth and the fact that you rented this whole place for me? Unnie, it's too much" she said which made me upset
It's my first time dating and I don't have any idea how date works! All I want is to make her happy but it looks like I dissapoint her
"I just want to make you happy" I said and started fidgeting mt finger while looking at it
'Please don't get mad' I thought to myself
It took a while before she speaks up
"Come on" she said which made me look at her
"We don't want to waste the money you paid here right?" She said and gave me a smile that made me smile as well
I stood up and fix myself before following her
"Unnie, do you know anything about the stars?" She asked while looking at the walls walking
"I'm sorry but I'm not really in astronomy" I said
"The stars helps people navigate through Earth, In darkness, the moon and stars will give light to human. In ancient times, stars are described as forever, hope, dedtiny, heaven and freedom. Stars also makes me calm during the times I'm about to shatter. The stars is also were I always run to whenever I need to vent or rant about something. They don't judge, they listen and they never leave. They also make me feel comfortable and calm" she said
"Then I wish I'm a star" I said
Heck! Why do I keep spitting my thoughts!
She stopped
My heart started beating like crazy
Did she heard what I said that's why she stop?
Is she mad or flustered?
I can't even see since her back is facing me
"In my eyes, maybe you will be" she said and continue walking
Did I heard it right?
Did she said I can be a star in her eyes?
Is that a confession?
Shin Yunaaaa, why are you making my head a mess?
I'll make sure that that 'maybe' will change into 'definitely'
