Ink hid behind some bushes in UnderSwap, frowning as he watched Blue's partner go down on one knee, and present a beautiful golden ring to him. He couldn't see the ring very well from were he was but his mood darkened all the well as he sees Blue excitedly nod his head, then share a long, loving kiss with him.

To say Ink was jealous was an understatement, there was a small feeling of envy building up in the bottom of his chest with a hint of resentment. He looked away from the nauseating scene, while wiping the small amount of ink dribbling down his chin.

He couldn't possibly hate Blue for having something he never had. Stars no! He was jealous of the perfect life that he had. No responsibilities, an affectionate fiancée, with nothing to worry about.

How could it possibly get better for him?

Ink sighed, turning around to see an amused Error, staring at him. "Jealous are we?" He chuckled. Ink waved him off, and stood up to meet his gaze. "Do you need anything?" He asked. Error nodded, and opened a portal behind him.

"Let's talk where someone can't hear us." Error gestured towards the opening of the portal. "After you." Ink briefly glanced at the glitch as he walked straight into it. Soon after, Error hopped through, and shut it down. They had landed in the middle of an abandoned AU, one that had previously belonged to Dust.

Ink could feel the dust covered snow underneath his feet, and the ash particles floated around freely in the air. The temperature seemed much colder than a normal Snowdin feel. Suddenly it dawned upon Ink that the reason they were here could be about Error's decision.

"Is this about what I said yesterday?" Ink questioned, feeing slightly nervous. He inspected Error's nonchalant expression, as he nodded in confirmation. "Yeah, and you'll be happy to know that I accept." He replied, getting straight to the point. Ink's eye lights lit up excitedly.

"You do!? Really? I thought that would never happen, not even in a million centuries! Wow, what a miracle, I can't wait to—" Error frowned, making Ink close his mouth immediately, sensing a 'but' coming in.

"However, I want to make it clear that there are certain rules that you need to follow, and if you break them, whatever we have between us is over." Error threatened. "First of all, the most obvious rule, is no touching." Ink nodded. He already knew of the glitch's phobia, but he had a little bit of trouble remembering the boundary.

Looks like he'll need to work on that. He grabbed a pen from his belt and began to write the rules down in a place where he could easily see them on his scarf. "Secondly, I want you to know that you shouldn't expect anything from me, I'll be putting minimal effort into.... us."

"And lastly, if you want this to work, we're going to have to come up with a solution with what we're going to do with the AUs." Error spat out the word 'AUs' as if saying it had left a nasty taste on his tongue.

Ink smiled broadly. "No worries! I've already thought about everything before I decided to offer this to you!" He started. "How would you feel if I say that for every AU I create, you can destroy the same amount? That way it can be balanced, and everyone is happy."

Error grumbled but eventually agreed with this idea. "It isn't like you to allow me to destroy an AU so willingly." Error mocked. Ink chuckled lightly. "Desperate times calls for desperate measures." He replied.

'He isn't so intolerable. I can actually hold a decent conversation without it ending up in curses aimed at me.' Ink thought joyfully. There was an air of tension stringing in the air before Error decided to move on from the sensitive topic of AUs.
