I SMILED as they kept hugging so cute his mom looked at me and she smiled at me and said "hello there i am robins mom you must be his friend" and she put her hand out and i shake it and say "yes hello i'm jug"

she smiled and nodded "are you staying the night i was just about to make dinner?" she asked such a sweet woman "yes i'm staying for one night if thats okay?" i asked and she laughed sweetly and said "thats more then okay hon but i gotta go make dinner i'll yell when its done" i smiled and nodded as a thank you

and she went to the kitchen and i looked at robin and said "your mom is so lovely" rob laughed "yes i know shes the only thing i have left and these little munchkins" he said as he squeezed theyre cheeks and they giggle

i smile and i sit down on the couch and i turn on the tv as rob sit next to me with his siblings in his lap

skip to dinner

"food is ready!" we heard his mom yell and we get up and walk to the kitchen "wow it smells amazing' i said and his mom smiled "oh my god i forgot to tell you my name you can call be Isabella hon" she said and i nodded and we sit down

"we always pray before we eat dinner so we need to hold hands" robin said i nodded and we hold hands and i guess we start praying? when we're done praying we say amen and we start eating "omg Isabella this is amazing" i said and keep eating quickly and Isabella smiled "yeah shes the best cook!" said robin his sibling and i smiled and agreed with him

after dinner

"hon its time to sleep you need to work tomorrow" Isabella said to robin and he sighed and nodded "you can sleep if you want or go out if you want to yk" robin said to me i just shook me head and he said goodnight to us and he went to bed

"Isabella is it okay if i sleep on the couch?" i asked Isabella and she nodded "ofc hon goodnight" she said and i said goodnight back and went to sleep

MORNINGGG

"WAKE UPPPP" i shot up and saw robin laughing i glare at him ad ask "how late is it?" he looked on the clock and says "6 30 am" i groan and cover my face i heard robin laugh and say "come on we are gonna eat breakfast but im sorry then you gotta leave my dad is coming home today" i nodded and i got up and e both went to the dining room and we same some toast and water

we sit down and pray and then eat and Isabella came down with his siblings and isebaella says "good morning" we said our good mornings back and they sit down and also pray and started eating "mom we gotta go" robin said and his mom nodded sadly and gave robin a hug

"can i hug you?" Isabella asked and i nodded she pulled me in a hug and i hugged back we pull away and she says "stay safe hons" we both nodded and we walked outside

"okay if something is wrong call me" robin said and i nodded and we both went different ways ( lets pretend we had a bag with us lol) i pulled my headphones out of my backpack and i listened to music and pulled me hood up again

i should get some snacks i walked around till i found a gas station i went over there and i go inside and i walk to the fridge and took out a Gatorade and i went to look for snacks i grab some cheetos and went to the counter and put the stuff down

and the cashier looks me up and down and scans the stuff "5 dollars" he said and i took out my money when i heard the door open and someone says "hey im officer Ruzek from Chicago police" i froze in my spot i quickly gave 5 dollars

and i took my things and turned around with my head down and attempt to leave when there was a hand in front of me shit "hey kid." i heard the man with the deep voice say i heard officer Ruzek talk to the cashier and i tried to leave but the man grabs my arm

"if you run we'll have to chase you and if you'll punch we'll handcuff you." he said and i frown this is it i'm fucked no point of running now huh when they we're done they took my outside and put me inside of the police car and they also got in and started driving

"so kid..whats ur name" the man with the deep voice said i just ignored him and looked outside

sergeant voight's pov

"so kid..whats ur name?" i asked while i looked in the mirror he just ignored me and looked outside i sigh and look at adam while he just shrugs and says "kid you'll have to talk to us eventually" i saw the boy clench his fist

"maybe start with ur hood take it off" i said and he slowly took his hood off but he still was looking outside and i saw a scar on his cheek and nose and eyebrow

i look at adam and he was also looking at the boy when we arrive at the police station me and adam got out and i open the door and grab the boy his arm and i bring him inside and nodded at sergeant trudy as a hello and she gave me a nod back

and i walk upstairs with adam and the boy and when we got upstairs we saw everyone working but they stop when we walk in and i saw the boy look down and try to pull his hood back up but i just took it back off and i heard him sigh "hey sergeant" jay said i nodded as a hello and i took the boy to the room
