I've only written one with just Tubbo so, Also I made this for a friend and they credited me so if you want to use the headcanon go ahead just at least credit my name(Anixe)

Tubbo is a clumsy kid and was always cheerful as a kid, But one day when he was left home alone he broke something of his father's that seemed really important and he tried his hardest to fix it because he didn't want to get in trouble but his father had come home early and caught him, Tubbo had to suffer the consequence, and he had half of his face burned by a iron, Tubbo soon gained a scar from it and his parents kept burning him everytime he messed up badly and Tubbo never seemed to get along with kids at his school because they hated the fact that he had scars they thought he was ugly and Tubbo blamed his parents for it but what could he do, he was just a kid.
When Tubbo got the letter from flight academy, he took the chance and left his parents so he could maybe start a new life and actually make some friends so he would be away from his shitty parents and his old past, Though it wasn't that good here either, he made his friend hate him from a fight and he never really saw himself the same, because he saw himself as the kid with scars who has no friends, But in the end he finds it nice to at least there are people at this school including teachers that know what he's going through and he's glad he's there
