after the fall of beacon, everyone was killed by the grimm and the white fang. well, except a group of certain traitors of jaune as they were being loaded onto a bullhead and flew up to an whitefang-occupied atlas flagship
on the flagship, we see the group of jaune's ex friends/most of his family, including ozpin enter the bridge and see jaune and ash, who turned around and evilly smiled at them
jaune: hello.
he greeted like a villain as team RWBY and NPR were tearing up in regret seeing what jaune had become, even jaune's sisters and mom were on the verge of crying
ash: what? not a ''how has it been''? no saying ''hello'' back to him? (scoffs) no wonder he died and came back from the dead.
she said in a rude tone
Nicholas: jaune....what happened to you?
he asked while trying to to shed a tear
jaune: oh, i'll tell you what fucking happened. I'LL SHOW YOU ALL EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!

she yelled as she and jaune used their powers to show them how jaune became what he now is and how he came back from the dead as jaune started narrating how he became a follower of invictus like ash

and after yang punched away from the bullhead that i was gonna hop on....i died by fighting the last horde of grimm that you missed, but someone was looking after me that day

as ozpin sees salem from jaune's memories, he and jaune's ex friends/family see salem tell jaune and ash about how she became the grimm's queen, how her and ozpin became immortal, the secret war between them, remnant's forgotten history, all of it as ozpin looked at jaune and ash, who were smirking as he said
jaune: it's true ozzy, we know everything.
he said while grinning widely as jaune looked at his ex dad and sees his old weapon, crocea mors
jaune: sorry father, i'll be taking that back.
he said as he used his powers to levitate crocea mors back to it's rightful owner, which is jaune as he looked at the blade
nicholas: GIVE THAT BA-
he was cut off as jaune used crocea mors to kill his dad brutally by decapitating him, making jaune's ex mom and sisters scream in horror, even team RWBY and NPR as they look at jaune as ruby spoke while being scared
ruby: what are you going to do to us?
she asked in fear as ash whispered something in jaune's ear, which made him smile menacingly as he looked at a white fang grunt at a atlas computer and said
jaune: take us to our fortress.
he ordered
white fang grunt: yes sir.
he said as jaune looked at the group and said
jaune: your fate will be decided once we arrive at me and ash's home.
he said as he and ash glared at them and as the screen went dark
