The time had come for Max Verstappen, he was the youngest f1 driver in history. At the first race of the season, he was so nervous. Max really wanted to do his dad proud. Max would still find himself looking at Charles. He just wanted Charles to look back at him. At this time in Max's life he started to question his sexual identity. He found himself more prone to men then girls. Max had no one to talk to about this. He could not tell his dad as he would just get punched in the face and stomach. He could not tell anyone the fact that he might be gay.
After the race, Max tried to hide from Jos. Max had finished P18. He knew his dad would be mad at him. Max needed to get better or else. As Max was jogging down the pits he ran into the familiar Monaco driver. " Sorry. I didn't see you there." Said Max in a abrupt tone. "It's ok. Hey are you new?" Questioned Charles. "Yes" replied Max. "I'll see you around then." Answered Charles. Max then continued on his way. How could Charles not remember him. His thoughts were interrupted by the booming voice of Jos Verstappen.
