Chapter 2: week 2

Aubrey was in her bedroom reading some space boyfriend comics

"ah, I remember this part, kel laughed really loud and was lectured by Mari after, haha, ha..." Aubrey stopped.

"Mari...."

"i'll... go get some fresh air." Aubrey said then goes downstairs, opening the front door.

"HAHA! you owe me an orange joe, Ria!" said by a familiar voice

Aubrey looked to see kel and a short curly black haired girl her age with blue eyes and wearing a blue jacket and a pink skirt

"sis! wait up!"

Aubrey sees a girl with a black haired ponytail and black eyes waving her hands

'ah, of course. kel has new friends now. atleast he tries to connect with every single one of them at a time.. unlike me. I didn't even try to comfort Mari or Basil.." Aubrey thought to herself

kel sees Aubrey looking sad

"ah! Aubrey! long time no see huh? even though it's only been almost a week, hehe" kel laughed

"oh! uhm hi.." said Aubrey, not expecting kel was gonna talk to her

"come play with us! these are our new neighbours! they just moved in last week!"

"new..neighbours?" 

"uh-huh! here let me introduce them! they are SO cool!"

kel points to the curly black haired girl "

 this one's Maria! but you can call her Ria for short! she's REALLY good at basketball, even better than me! " 

kel points to the short black ponytail haired girl 

"This one's Mikayla! you can call her Kayla for short! she's REALLY good at drawing! you should see her drawings once in a while!"

kel points to Aubrey

 " Ria, Kayla, this is Aubrey! the one who was playing baseball with me last week!"

"OH!! you're THAT GIRL!! you're so good at playing baseball! can you teach me sometimes?" said Ria amazed

'Older sister.. Maria.. Mari-' " OH! uh! sure! I guess I can teach you" said aubrey

"sister Ria? can we play at the park? I promised my friends to meet me there yesterday!" said kayla

Ria looks down "oh! of course! let's start teaching me today while Kayla's playing with her friends at the park! oh wait, are you busy or anything today? I don't want to force you" 

' very considerate of her friends.. a mother figure....'

 " oh! I uhhh, no, i'm not busy! let's go!" 

they began heading to the park

" you know, before I head out, I was reading a space boyfriend comic! and I remembered that one part where kel laughed so hard that he got lectured by one of our older friends!" said aubrey

" Hey!! why do you need to tell THEM that!" said kel angry

"haha, sorry kel, it was TOO funny" said Aubrey smiling

"hey! if only basil were here... this would be the most memorable moment! Aubrey smiling after 2 weeks!" said kel joking

Ria smirks " hmmmm, you guys seem to get along very well" 

"ew Ria! Aubrey's like the twin sister I never had!" 

"yeah! no way I would even like a person who likes ORANGE JOE!" 

"HEY!! WHAT DOES THAT MEAN???"

" orange joe is too sour Kel! I don't even know how someone's taste could go as bad as liking THAT" 

"COME BACK HERE AUBREY!!"

suddenly, they were already in faraway park

"ah! we're here!" said Ria

"KAYLA!!! COME HERE!!" said a groub of kids 

" COMING GUUYSSS" said Kayla

Aubrey begins to teach Ria AND KEL 

They all had a lot of fun today

but

will it always be like that?
