You where asleep at your house until notti woke you up "hey mami I'm about to go to the deli with dd I'ma be back"then I readjusted my eyes to the light and said "I wanna come too" and he said "no ma I know you sleepy but you can tell me what you want" then I smiled and said"ok you can get me f/c and f/d"then he put his other shoe on and said "ok ma" notti was the best boyfriend you thought smiling to your self and then you said "thank you I love you"and then he said "love you to ma bye" Then you went back to sleep
You woke up again seeing that dd and notti weren't back yet so you called notti on FaceTime and then he answered and then you said "where are you and dd" and then he said"dd walking back I forget something" and then you saw his friend with him in the back ground so you said "ok hurry up I Miss you" you said and then he smiled you loved when he smiled at you and then he said I miss you too ma I'ma see you in a little bit"
Then 1 hour passed by and notti still wasn't home so you called him but he didn't answer so you got up and walked to the deli to see if he was still there and then when you got there you saw an ambulance and so you rushed over there to make sure it wasn't notti and then you saw them bring notti up the stairs and you started crying and panicking so you ran up to him and said"Ethan! No" then the people said "you can't be here" and then you said that you knew him and you where his girlfriend so they let you in the had him on the heart monitor and he was bleeding really bad and you was holding his hand and you thought to yourself please be ok don't die on me you called dd with your free hand and told him to meet you at the hospital and he panicked and hanged up
When you got to the hospital they told you you could come in the rushed him into the ER and you didn't see him and then you sat in the waiting room hoping he would be ok and then you saw dd and you saw him and you hugged him for a moment and you could tell he wanted to cry so you rubbed his back and he started crying then after a few minutes you stopped hugging him and he said"I didn't tell melz and everyone else i didn't want them to see him like this yet" and you said "I hope he's ok " then a hour passed by and he was still in ER and then a doctor came out after 50 minutes and said "he's ok though we don't know when he well wake up we had to use shock him because he his heart stopped and he started back breathing he has Stitches and we will have to take them off soon but you can't see him because your underage i know you really care about him and your family and I'll be back out in 20 minutes we have to put he's in ICU
You where happy he was ok and dd was happy too and called everyone to tell them he was ok then the doctor came out and let you know he was ok and someone would have to stay there with him in the hospital and then everyone arrived and everyone was ready to drop everything for him and you know his mom had a job and dd had his career and ddot and melz and jay so you wanted to stay at the hospital with him and everyone else wanted to see him still so you suggested "I will call you all on FaceTime so you can see him plus I know all you have stuff to do" then melz said "ok y/n I hope he's ok that's my Lil brother" and then everyone left and dd said "I'm glad my brother got a girlfriend that actually care about him you a real one mh" and I hugged him and ddot said "yeah fr mh" then they both left and you saved them bye
The doctor came back out and said "i talked to the manager and she said it's alright for you to be in the ICU with him" then I smiled and said "tell her I said thank you" and then she said "ok follow me and I hope he will recover well" then I said "thank you" and she closed the door and then I picked up the chair and moved it next to his bed and then I got a FaceTime call and I answered and showed melz jstar and jay and dd his mom and ddot notti and his mom started crying and I was trying my best to be strong for everyone but I really wanted to scream and I wished that I had went with him then dd said "this is my fault I should have stayed with him then he would be in the ICU" and then I said "it's not your fault we all weren't expecting this" then melz said "when he recovers I promise you he is never going the the store by his self ever" and then I looked up at notti and said "you hear that notti your not going to the store alone ever again" and then I tried to lightin the mood because everyone was said and melz was hugging there mom because she was crying then after a while the doctor came in and I said"I'll call you all later if there is an updated then they said ok and you hanging up
Then the doctor said to you "miss if you get hungry there's a cafeteria down stairs on the first floor" and then I said ok and she changed notti's uv(in other words the needle in his arm) then she left out and I started crying and I was holding his hand I just hope he can recover from this and he will be ok and then I felt his head move and he said "stop crying mami it's ok"he didn't move but he just looked at me and I looked at him and I want to hug him and hold him"Ethan your ok" I cried out" and he said I'm ok I promised you that we was going to be together forever you mh and my wife" then I smiled and said "I'm glad you ok I love you notti I don't know what I would have done if you didn't wake up"then I layed my head down and went to sleep while holding his hand
Then I was awoken by the doctor it was dark outside and she said miss L/n we have another bed we can put beside his can you please move the chair and I said "ok thanks" And she put the other bed next to his it was and then I layed close to him and he layed his head on my shoulder and said"ma can you put it on some something on the TV and I said "ok mh" and then we where watching TV and the doctor came in and changed his uv because it was empty again and then she said"do you want me to bring you anything you haven't eaten anything every since you got here" and then I said "thank you can you bring me f/f and f/d" and then she brought me my food and then she said "here you go" and I said "ok thanks" and then while I was eating my food and then notti said I want some"and then I said "you can't eat nothing my heart" and then he laughed and I laughed too and then we fell asleep laying on each others chests
