The next day arrive and we were on our way to the next season of apex. I was a bundle of nerves around Hound the entire week's trip to the broken moon arena. They also seemed nervous around me too. They didn't speak directly to me for three days.

Fuse would whisper something to Hound often causing them to tense up, which caused me to lift an eyebrow.

After three days, Hound finally spoke with me again but never brought up the night in the tavern. I was thankful they didn't but it didn't stop me from blushing when they talked with me.

Fuse was well, Fuse. He would often crack jokes, play with things on the ship, or try to prank us. It was tiring.

When we finally arrived i was glad to get off the small ship. I was bouncing with excitement as the doors slowly opened to reveal the new map.

"Look at that Houndy," Fuse mused while grabbing mine and his bag, "She like a pup ready to go out."

"She can hear you," I laughed and let out a gasp as the shuttle door opened in a loud hiss.

I tried to jump as the door slid down slowly trying to get a look at the place. I gave up after a moment with a loud groan.

"At this point Fuse is gonna see it before I even get to," i said as i turned and gave Fuse a mean look.

"Yer right, lass," Fuse quirked his head towards me as he giggled, "Even a shrimp is taller than you are."

"I hate you and everything you stand for," I huffed as i crossed my arms.

"(F/N) you are going to miss it," Hound chuckled turning my head towards the door with one hand.

I gasped as the door finally slid down enough to where I could see the broken terrain. It was beautiful with moss, vines, and large trees with pink flowers growing spares along the jagged rock face.

Once the door lowered more a group of people with cameras took pictures in rapid session. I quickly took a step back behind Fuse and Hound. I lowered my head trying to hide.

"Dont hide lass, It will make them want more pictures of you," Fuse put a metal hand on my shoulder.

"Just act like you belong with us," Hound added.

I rose my head and took their advice. Act like you belong. The doors finally opened with a loud glack causing me to jump in my skin.

"Let's go," Hound heaved their heavy bag over their shoulder as they walked out.

I followed quickly behind, "Where do you think we go?"

"We go to the biggest building usually," Fuse laughed and fell into step next to me.

The photographers went ever so crazy with the clicks and flashes of their cameras. A few drones flew in close over our heads and I paused to watch as one flew above me.

"They are getting Apex news footage," Fuse explained and draped an arm around my shoulder pulling me forward which cause a ruckus.

"Fuse is that your girlfriend or wife!?"

"How is life with Bloodhound Village!?"

"Bloodhound we heard you change locations of your village! Care to explain!?"
