a dark skinned male was sleeping on the floor of a lower level deck when loud thuds echoed around the room.

"damn, what was that?"
he sat up and examined the barrel that almost crushed him. picking it up with ease, he stood the barrel upright.
"man, why's that shit so heavy! must be beer or something."
the man just sat there. staring at the barrel.
until a pink haired boy popped his head in the door.
"hello.." the boy muttered quietly.
(name) smirked a toothy grin and closed his eyes.
"hey little dude! what's your name? im (name), nice to meet ya!"
the boy froze up.
"i-i'm koby.."
(name) chuckled at the boy's nervous face.
"no need to be nervous, man. i wont bite, hahaha!"
koby fully walked into the room.
"that's an awfully large barrel."
(name) looked back at the barrel.
"yeah, i know right? its gotta be alcolhic or sumthing."
"you mean alcohol?"
(name) shrugged. "same thing."
"its really not though."
"anyways, will you help me bring it back to the ship?"
"what ship?"
(name) titled his head in confusion.
"i'll explain more in a second," koby said nervously. "will you just help me out? alvida-sama might find out im not in on the action above deck!"

(name)'s eyes widened at what koby had just told him.
"whats she gonna do man? does she hit you?! damn, dude, you're jus gonna let yourself get hit? i mean you gotta fight back or something!"
"i don't know how to fight back! thats why im bringing this barrel of alcohol back."
"ohhhh. okay!"
koby could somehow see an actual lightbulb go off above (name)'s head and deadpanned. was it really that easy?
