Wednesday Pov:
"Mother I had a disgusting vision. And not in the good way" I say walking out of our home and into the car, I'm going back to Nevermore today.
"Tell me" I hear her say before she continues smothering my father with kisses. "It's simple really, I was typing my novel in my dorm room as usual when Enid walked in" I pause for a second remember parts of the vision. "The weird part is that I was happy to see her, she even" my mother looks at me , "continue" she says ignoring my father for once.
"She kissed me" I blurt out and she smiles at me as does my father. "She's in love" he says to her, I look at them both slightly shocked "no" I respond making them snicker. 'This is going to be a long ride' I think to myself.
Couple hours later:
Finally we've arrived. I don't think I could last another minute in this car. My parents and brother decide not to join me but I don't care at all, I walk into my dorm alone and see Enid sitting on her bed. I think she's.... crying.
"Why are you crying Enid" I ask her and she looks up wiping her eyes quickly, "doesn't matter, I'm glad you're back I missed you" she says running up to hug me, I step back as she does. "C'mon you hugged me once why cant you do it again" she ask with a slight pout.
I sigh and step forward allowing her to hug me just this once. "Don't get ideas sinclair" I say walking over to my bed after she hugged me.
"Tell me why you were crying Enid" I say as she sits on my bed uninvited. "It's just my mother" she says sighing. I turn to look at her "what happened" she looks at me, eyes slightly watering "I told her I wolfed out but apparently it's 'too late' so I couldn't go home over the summer"
I was going to tell her about my vision, I decide against it as she is clearly hurting. "Do you want me to kill her, i know many of ways to do so" I ask and she chuckles slightly. "God no, then she'd haunt my soul".
Enid Pov:
I'm really glad wens is back, I missed her so much. Maybe a little too much?
I'm still dating Ajax. I do like him don't get me wrong but he's not her. I want Wednesday. I know it's wrong but I can't help it.
"I have to get to class, you missed the first day" I say getting up from her bed. "I know, I had to attend a wedding" she tells me before walking into our bathroom to get changed.
I decide to wait on her and once she walks out I can't help but be shocked by how beautiful she is. "You should keep your hair down more, it makes you look amazing" i say smiling, I notice her look down and and smirk at the floor.
I made Wednesday Addams smile.
I say bye to her before walking out, as I open the dorm door I see Ajax looking pissed, holding a book or something.
"Are you kidding me Enid" he says opening it, showing me a page. I look at him and realise that it's my diary. "You stole my diary are you kidding me" I shout getting passer-by's attention but I don't care.
"We're done Enid you hear me" he shouts and I just look at him before grabbing the diary back and storming back into my dorm. I can't help the tears that fall from my eyes as I put the diary in my closet.
"I'm going to kill him" I hear wens murmer before walking out of our dorm, slamming and door on her way out.
Eventually I walk out, I missed my first class but I don't care I walk to my next class which Wednesday happens to be in.
Wednesday Pov:
Enid finally appeared in class, Yoko was worried about her. "Miss sinclair you're late" the new professor says as she goes to sit down.
"Sorry" she says before sitting down barely acknowledging anything. The class continueks as normal and I hear Yoko and Enid talking, I decide not to pay much attention to their conversation.
After their classes:
As I'm writing my novel I hear the door open and I assume it's Enid. "Hello Sinclair" I say not bothering to look back.
When I dont get a response I look back to see Ajax sitting on her bed sulking. "Get the fuck out Ajax" I say turning to look at him. "No" he says looking at Enids things. "Ajax I suggest you get out before I decide to torture you" his head shoots up and he stares at me, "fine".
"Thing, watch him" I tell tjign and he gives me a thumbs up before jumping off the bed and chasing after him. "Hey what the hell is thing doing following Ajax" Enid says walking in with a chuckle. "Hes watching him, he hurt you so I'll hurt him" I say coldly before typing.
Enid Pov:
I'm sitting on my bed watching tiktok, desperately waiting for Wednesday to finish writing when Yoko walks in our dorm. "Oh hey Yoko" I say sitting up so she can sit next to me. I talk to Yoko for a while before we get up for food. "Wens want me to get u anything" I ask her before I leave. "Thing, I csnt find him and he's been gone hiurs" she says coldly before typing. "I meant food Wednesday" I say laughing.
"Please Enid" I hear her say as I walk out the dorm. "What happened hell is a thing" Yoko asks and I laugh before explaining to her what thing is.
We have our food, but can't seem to find thing. "Um enid" I hear Yoko say and I turn to see what's wrong, as I turn I see thing. "Omg what the hell happened to you" I shout running to grab him.
"Go to Wednesday" I say to Yoko before I take thing to the bathrooms. 'Atleast it's emptier in here' I think to myself before placing the motionless hand on the counter.
Someone stabbed him again. "Enid" I hear a worried whisper from beside me say. I look up to see Wednesday. I look back down to think, he's still not moving but he's not impailed anymore. I guess that's something.
"Use this to shock him" I hear Wednesday say before she places a razer in front of me. "Oh god I'm sorry thing" I say, shocking him. "Go again" I hear her say and I look over, she looks at me, eyes watering but knowing her she won't cry.
"Wens I dont think" I stop for a second looking at thing again. "Again please Enid" she says letting the tear fall. 'God if only I didn't care' I think to myself before shocking thing again and again.
Finally after what feels like forever his finger twitches. "He's alive" I say before he tried to stand up. "Take it easy thing, here" I say putting him in my bag.
I look over your Wednesday who's looking at me, the tears falling freely from her eyes. "Thank you" she says hugging me. I smile to myself.
'Wednesday Addams hugged me'.
"Always" I whisper before we walk back to our dorm. I lift thing out from my bag and place him next to Wednesday's typewriter, I look over to see her sleeping, or I think she's sleeping.
I walk over to her and kiss her forehead, bringing the covers up over her body. "Night wens" I whisper walking to my bed. Once I'm in my bed I hear her mumble
"Goodnight cara mia" before drifting off to sleep.
