It was the next day and you and your Pokémon were sat in front of a tv watching Melony and Kabu battle each other.
"I think that Kabu is gonna win." You shared happily
He was using his Arcanine and Melony was using her Eiscue.
"Kabu and Melony both are really experienced but Kabu has the upper hand!" You said
"Sylveon!" Sylveon said
Deino sat beside you as you watched the tv.
"Use Hail!" She said
"Use Will-O-Wisp!" Kabu shouted
Both Pokémon clashed pretty hard.
"Eiscue is in a pretty tough spot! What's Melony gonna do?" You asked
"You're a real battler Kabu!" Melony said
Kabu ignored the comment.
You wondered why they didn't Gigantamax, was it the area in Galar?
Arcanine let out a final call.
"Use Flame Wheel!" Kabu shouted
"Eiscue! Dodge it!" Melony yelled
It was too late for Eiscue, Kabu and Arcanine had won the battle fair and square.
"What an excellent battle Melony." Kabu smiled
"Always a pleasure! Until next time Kabu!" Melony exclaimed
"He did it! Kabu won!" You exclaimed
"Deino!" Deino said
Sylveon pranced around happily and Deino soon joined in.
"I knew Kabu was going to win!" You said
You grabbed two pictures, one of Kabu and one of Melony.
"Melony and Kabu are always a sight to behold when battling!" You exclaimed
Kabu had so much physical strength and Melony was really smart when strategizing! They were quite inspiring to you.
You began to talk about Kabu and Melony to Sylveon and Deino.
You knew everything about every Gym Leader or champion in Galar, this kind of stuff intrigued you like it intrigued most of the other kids at the hospital.
"Enjoy the battle?" A doctor asked
"Yeah! Kabu won! I knew he was going to win!" You smiled
"Kabu sure is a strong trainer, isn't he?" He said
"Yeah! Me, Sylveon and Deino are gonna take the Gym Challenges one day!" You said
"Sylveon!" Sylveon called
"Deino!" Deino roared
"Well, tomorrow we're going to do some art with some of the other kids from downstairs. How does that sound?" The doctor questioned
"Awesome! Let's brainstorm what we're gonna do!" You smiled
You quickly got onto bed with the help of the doctor in the room, your legs immediately failed once on the bed but you didn't quite care.
Deino got up himself not wanting any attention from the doctor.
"Have fun!" He said
He shut the door as you began to brainstorm with your Pokémon about what you'd draw.
"How about we use pastel colours! Like blues, pinks and purples!" You said
Sylveon liked the idea and Deino didn't quite care about the colours, all he cared about is if it pleased him or made him feel comfortable.
While brainstorming you went on about fire and ice types along with Melony and Kabu, the battle you watched was pretty amazing in your eyes but you knew there were other awesome battles that have taken place in history.
You looked outside trying to get ideas when you saw a passing hive of Cutiefly.
"We can draw Cutiefly!" You said
Sylveon and Deino loved that idea so you dedicated the rest of your day to planning how the drawing would look.
