"Well then Y/N, it's all yours." Opal smiled
"Really?! Ballonlea gym is mine?" You said
"It appears so! Remember to follow in my name, do not disappoint me." Opal stated
"I won't!" You exclaimed
"There'll be a meeting held in your name at Hammerlocke, I'll also be attending it. Make yourself at home!" Opal said
She then walked off after saying goodbye to your Pokémon one by one, her Pokémon said goodbye to you and happily joined Opal walking back to Wyndon to prepare for tomorrows meeting about her retirement and her successor.
You stepped into the gym and took in the majesty of it.
"Isn't this amazing?" You said
Hatterene looked around the stadium, it had quite light colours which mixed into deep pinks, the stadium was bigger than you imagined.
"Sylveon!" Sylveon exclaimed
Rapidash neighed as her hooves clacked against the ground while following you, Shiinotic, Hatterene and Sylveon towards a place where people were supposed to be seated during Gym Challenges with trainers.
"I'll put my things right here!" You smiled
You set down your bag and breathed in.
"Who wants to attend the meeting with me?" You asked
Sylveon yawned and sat down as Galarian Rapidash shook her head.
"Hatterene? Shiinotic?" You said
Hatterene seemed to not want to come meaning your good ol' Pokémon partner would be joining you.
"Well Shiinotic, guess you're with me!" You smiled
Shiinotic made noises of sadness, Shiinotic was so shy going outside was a hard and scary task.
"Don't worry buddy! I promise everything will go well!" You exclaimed
You picked up Shiinotic and spun around with him before setting him down.
"Since I live in an apartment back at Wyndon we can go there first to hear anything about Opal's retirement, wanna join me Rapidash?" You asked
She neighed as you pulled out three Dream balls.
"Return!" You said
Hatterene and Sylveon went back into their poke ball's, Shiinotic didn't move one inch, Shiinotic strongly disliked being in his poke ball.
"Let's get going!" You smiled
You began to head to Galar in an air taxi, Rapidash was brought out right after you got there.
"Thank you!" You said
"Aren't you that new Fairy Type gym leader?" The man asked
"Exactly! I've taken over Ballonlea." You informed
"You've got some dandy Pokémon! Good luck!" He said
He flew off on his Corviknight as you walked through Wyndon.
Rapidash neighed as you passed many people and restaurants.
"Here we are, Wyndon Stadium! We'll be having a bunch of events, battles and some meetings here!" You said
