He is the creator of Teyvat the real one that created Celestia and everything.

He has long pale blonde colored with a blue hair he has two different colored eyes and a halo that is floating on top of his head he has a small mark on the middle of his neck.

He has Heterochromia colored eyes his right eye is in the shade of turquoise while the left eye is in the shade of violet.
