- Chris POV
I'll admit that fatherhood ain't easy, but I love my Princess unconditionally. My family believes I should get professional help but counselors just dont understand me.
"Dada!" Royalty said from her crib as I shook off my thoughts.
"Yes baby." I said walking to her and picking her up.
She just looked at me funny. I pull out my phone from my back pocket and walk in the hallway, recording a video for Instagram. It was only 8:35 in the morning but her mom, supermodel Nia Guzman, shoulde be here any minute to pick her up. I set her down in her play pin in the living room as I got her clothes and toys packed in her baby bag. A knock at the door came and I blew a kiss to my angel before rushing to the door.
"Where's Royalty?" Nia asked with a attitude.
"Relax Nia, she's in the living room." I replied as she shoved me out the way. Like bitch this my crib...okay.
"Why would you leave her unattended?" She asked as if I can't care for my child.
"Yo, who or whatever pissed you off is your business. But don't be walking in my crib like you own something." I talked in a calm voice.
"Who the fuck you talking to? You ain't shit, Chris. I ain't got time for this." She rolled her eyes while she picked up Royalty. "Did daddy hit you?" She asked while keeping her eyes on me.
"Aye aye, you gotta leave. Now!" I semi yelled holding the door for her.
"Nobody trying to stay anyway." She stated snatching the babybag from me. "Tell Krabby Patty I said hello...oh wait she left your two-timing ass." She smirked as she walked out the door.
I shake my head, thinking of how I would have been with someone so cruel. I know I've done some fuck shit in my life, but I don't need to be reminded of it every damn day. Now that the baby's gone at least I can ease my anger with weed. I roll up some Loud mixed with Prep and in minutes I'm gone. My mind drifts off to thinking of Karrueche, in the end I never wanted to hurt her.
Three Months Ago....
"How could you do this to me! After everything I've been through for you!" Karrueche yelled at me slamming the door.
"Kae Baby, I'm sorry! I didn't know she was pregnant, let alone I ain't know she kept it!" I yell back as she began packing her things.
"I'm done with this! You can't keep hurting me!" She said with tears rolling down her cheeks. "I've gave you enough chances; you just don't get it!" She continued yelling.
I grab her gently by her wrist. "What I don't get?" I asked in a calmer tone than before.
She looked up at me with so much hurt and sadness in her eyes, it broke my heart. "That I love you...I'm in love with you. But you can't treat me like you do when there's better out there." She said as she traced her small fingers along my structured jawline.
"Baby...I'm sorry." I said as hot tears flowed from my eyes, she wiped them and kissed my cheek.
"I am too." She said as she finished packing her things. "I'll come by some time tomorrow to g--" She spoke before I cut her off.
"Just leave." I mumbled and that was the last time I saw her....
And once again, I was in my feelings. I picked up a glass vase of flowers from the center table and threw it. The pieces shattered across the dark brown wooden floor. Hot tears blurred my vision as I ran my fingers through my short curled dyed hair. I heard the door open and footsteps come but didn't bother to see who it was.
