oneshot:(part 2)

Jungkook pov

I slowly opened my eyes. It fluttered a bit to adjust from the bright white light. I sat up and looked around.

I'm surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Tall, green grass were dancing with the wind. Flowers were blooming slowly. Birds chirping, bees buzzing, butterflies flying. My parents were smiling.

Wait... my parents?

"Hello Jungkook." My mom said.

I started crying and ran to hug them. I can't believe that they are here.

Wait... where am I anyway?

"Mom, Dad, I r-really m-missed you!" I said.

"We do, too." My dad said. "But you can't stay here." He added.

"It's not yet your time, my dear jungkook. You are in heaven." Mom said. "Taehyung's waiting for you. Now, close your eyes." She added.

I closed my eyes and heard both of them saying I love you in a fading manner.

I opened my eyes slowly and my eyes stung with the bright light. I looked around and saw Taehyung sleeping. I noticed he was holding my hand. So, I moved my hand and nudged him to wake him up.

After I did that, he slowly wakes up and looked at me. But the moment his eyes looked at me, my heart broke into million pieces as the memories of our fight came back.

I was beyond hurt after what he said that night. So, to hide my hurt, did the stupidest thing ever.

"Who are you?" I said.

He chuckled nervously. "You're kidding, right?" He said.

"No. Who are you?" I said monotonously. I tried my best to put on my cold demeanor.

He just looked at me... shocked.

"I n-need to call the doctor." He stuttered and went out of the room. I released my breath that didn't know I was holding on for a while.

5 minutes of awkward silence...

The doctor came in with Taehyung, following behind his back.

"Well, it's nice to meet you Mr. Jeon. I'm glad you're fine now." The doctor said.

"Oh, that's my name?" I asked and at the same time pretended that I didn't know my name.

"Yes." He said.

It took the doctor a few minutes to check up on me and ask some questions, which answered with what a person with amnesia would say. Perks of being a nerd. *wink*

After that, he got out of the room, leaving me and Taehyung with an awkward silence. I looked at him and smiled. He faked a cough before speaking.

"Soooo... since you got an amnesia... I will introduce myself." He said. "I'm your bestfriend, Kim Taehyung. We've known each other since diaper days." He chuckled.

"Really?!" I said, trying to sound amused. He nodded and I smiled.

I have this feeling in my gut that makes my stomach grumble. Hmm... I've read that before.

Oh yeah.

Guilt

I thought it was Taehyung but I was wrong. It was guilt. Guilt of lying.

But if lying to my bestfriend will help me move on and not mess with his life anymore, then I'll do it.

I'll do it for myself. I'll do it for his future. I don't want him to get mad at me again or hurt him again.
