“Long time no see, Lady Helliana. How have you been doing so far?” matamis na ngiting tanong sa akin ng isang babaeng hindi ko kilala kung sino.
“Doing good,” walang ganang sagot ko. Medyo nagbago ang kaniyang ekspresyon dahil sa aking sinagot. Tumingin siya sa Ama ni Helliana na na sa aking tabi.
“How about you? How have you been doing?” balik na tanong ko sa kaniya at ngayon mayroon nang matamis na ngiti at mahinhin na boses.
Tumingin ang babae pabalik sa akin at ngumiti muli. Ang sarap umalis sa lugar na ito. Bakit ba ako pa ang isinama ng Ama ni Helliana gayong nandoon naman si Hernian?

A party was held in a Marquess's House to celebrate a thing that I don't know. I don't have the time to read the invitation letter as I was tasked by Helliana's father to hurry for we are going to leave in an hour.
How I love to give him a punch directly in the face. If it we're not for this goddamn huge and long dress that it took 40 minutes to wear, and this bloody make up that I don't even know why is needed, I won't complain by the given time at all.
That man knows how exhausting, tiring, and stupid the ladies dress in this era yet he did not notify me this morning when we had breakfast together and only give me an hour to prepare.
“May I asked you to a dance, Lady Helliana?”A man in his lavish suit came up to me and offered his hand. This man over here seems to be the son of the marquess, and this party is apparently for him.
“I'm sorry, I do not dance,” I answered and took a sip of a wine. He looked from left to right, then looked up to me.
“Don't humiliate me in front of so many people, My Lady,” He begged. When I did not answer him, he stood up straight and walked near me leaving a little space between us.

I quietly walked towards the super side of the hall and enter the hidden door. I just found this door not too long ago when a group of girls pulled me to this side to gossip about how handsome Hellianas' fiancé is. Yuck!
The cold wind welcomed me the moment I entered the hidden door. It was a small balcony I often see in movies where the male and female lead secretly meets, jeeze.
The wind feels nice, and the view of the sea calms me. Lucky bastard, having a house near the ocean. The moment my time comes, I will gladly take this house from this family and make it as a vacation house hehehe.
“Aww, too bad I did not bring any wine,” I groaned and stretched my arms. The party is too long, aren't they going to call it a night yet? I wanna get some sleep.
Medyo nagulantang ako ng bigla nalamang inilapag ng kung sino man sa aking tabi ang isang botelya ng wine na kalahati na lamang ang laman at isang baso.
“What the fuck?” I cursed. I looked at the wine, and for pete's sake it's the most expensive wine in the empire! I hurriedly looked at the person who puts the wine and was even more startled to see Augustus sitting on his black cloud while holding a glass full of wine.
“Just shut up and drink,” lintaya niya bago uminom.
Ano ang ginagawa ng lalaking ito rito? Wala akong natatandaan scenaryo kung saan magkikita sina Helliana at Augustus sa isang party.
Ngunit hindi ko na siya tinanong o nagsalita at kinuha nalamang ang baso at nilagyan ito ng wine bago nilagok.

It only took a couple of minutes before the both of us empty the bottle, and I was about to ask if he has more when he just place two more sealed bottle in front of me. I smiled at him before opening one of the bottle and poured my glass.
I'm not drunk, just tipsy. And we did nothing but only drink until we almost emptied five bottles of wine. Augustus seems fine too, he must've used some magic so that he won't get drunk no matter how many bottles of alcohol he'll take.
As for me, Helliana's body seems to have a high level of alcohol tolerance which is why I'm not that drunk as of the moment. We just drank and drank while looking at the crystal and magical view of the ocean, no words ever came out of our mouths.
“My it's almost time. Thank you for the drink, Augustus. Let me buy you some the next time we meet,” masayang lintaya ko sa lumilipad na Augustus bago umalis sa balkonahe na iyon ng hindi hinihintay ang kaniyang sagot.
“Where have you been?” tanong sa akin ng Ama ni Helliana ng makita ako nito.
“Somewhere, this place is so suffocating. So I just went out to get some fresh air,” sagot ko sa kaniya. Tumingin ako sa kaniyang likuran at isa-isa namang lumalapit ang mga tao sa amin, nagpaa-alam sapagkat oras ng umuwi.
