Arriving at the League of Villians hide out, I walk into the bar. Noticing Dabi wasn't sitting there with a drink in hand like he normally was. Asking Sh1igaraki if he knew where he might have gone off to, Shigaraki brushes my questions off ignoring me.

Walking outside into the cold bitter weather, I smell in the air, smoke from cigarettes catching into my lungs. Looking up at the roof top of the tall building nearby, I caught sight of a person's silhouette, the trail of smoking coming from there.

Making my way up the stairs of the run down building, I push the door open silently. Yet when I see who it was, I couldn't help but stare at him in silence.

Dabi must have heard me walking in too, having turned his head in disapproval of being interupted from his peaceful night.

"What do you want Y/n?" Dabi asks, voice hoarse filled with slight annoyance.

I didn't answer, choosing to instead sit down beside him. He quietly watches me as I shift in my spot, letting my legs swing from the edges of the tall building. "You're gonna fall if you keep being so reckless." He says, looking at the lights of the city.

"Since when did you care?" I ask, smiling lightly.

He scoffs, but doesn't answer. Turning to catch a better look at him, I noticed his eyes being a slightly reddish color. I don't mention it though, not wanting Dabi to walk away.

Instead I lay down, the cold of the roof sinking past my thin jacket onto my back.
"So, what are you doing up he1re?" I ask, as I sigh.

"Nothing," he bluntly replied.

"Why don't you go back inside? It's cold and it's already late anyways." He said, letting the smoke slip past his lips as he spoke.

"I don't want to leave you alone." I admitted, knowing he would probably over think on his past again.

"..."

He sat in silence for a moment, eventually shifting in his spot to switch into a lying position beside me. I smile, giving Dabi a side glance as I watch his features soften slightly. Smoke being released into the night air every so often.

He eventually turns out the cigarette, moving his arms to lay his head onto them. We both shift our gazes to the sky, the sight of many small stars adorning the dark atmosphere.

"It's nice isn't it?" I said, the words slipping past my lips before I could even register them.

"...I guess so." Dabi casually replies, voice soft as if he were getting sleepy; I would have probably missed his respond from how quietly he asnwered.

Smiling, I turn over at him, noticing how his eyes shift from the night sky onto my own face. "You know Dabi, you're not alone in all this, you have me, and I hope you know that."

"Whatever," he said, rolling his eyes with a slight chuckle escaping is lips.

Laying together side by side on the roof, seconds turned into minutes, with minutes passing into hours. I eventually hear Dabi's breathing slow down.

Turning my head to the side to look at him, I noticed how he seemed to be sleeping. Grabbing hold of his hand, I intertwined my hand in his, giving it a light squeeze.

"Thank you..." I heard Dabi whisper, falling into his much needed rest.
