(This is my own sans au) The sans you are reborn as is called vilo. vilo is a boy even though while you were alive you were a girl but we don't worry about that ;.; Vilo wears a purple hoodie with a grey shirt, He wears black shorts with a white stripe down the sides, And he has a scar going down one of his eyes.
Vilo acts very inocent and childish but he is actually very violent and insane, he just doesn't show it making sure that the other au sans don't get suspicious. Vilo will secretly go into other aus killing the monsters there. And yet no one suspects it's him

Vilo is very short probably the shortest sans in the multiverse and loves to be picked up. He is often referred to as a child even though he is in his 20s. His eyes change in different emotions and situations similar to inks
