TO THE MOON AND BEYOND
the phrase "i love you to the moon and back"
it's a little overused, isn't it?
i don't understand why most people would use that phrase because
stating that you love someone to the moon and back
means that you only love them within a certain limit
the distance between us and the moon is 238 855 miles,
so by telling someone you love them to the moon and back,
your love for them is limited to a 477 710 miles
well for me at least,
i don't love you to the moon and back
because i know my love for you is unconditional
so darling
if you'd ever ask me how much i love you,
i would say,
"i love you to the moon and beyond"
