[Name] can be 5'11 or 5'10. He was in a mafia (not port mafia a different one far from Yokohama but affiliated with them.) and was the best executive, and was also head 'interrogator' (say bye to those fingers, toes, teeth and nose) he and his older sister climbed up the ranks after years of training (they were adopted as kids and trained like many others in the mafia). After a raid on the place, he was left alone and went to Yokohama to start a new life and switched teams (joined ADA) along with Dazai whom he had met before but kept quiet. He got along very well with Dazai because they both have similar interests. He became an informer for the ADA and also does some work in the field.

Ability: Enemy Of Evil,

Allows the user to control those that are inferior to them (If they think the person is inferior to them) by creating chains that vary in size. Once the chains touch the target they are now under the user's control without knowing it. The chains can vary in thickness and length. The user must have their hand in the 'gun' position in order for their ability to activate, they must also say 'bang' and tilt the finger upwards. A single touch of the chain will put the target under full control of the user without them knowing, if said target were to die the control would not work. The user can control someone to do anything that they want, the limit being that the more people they have under control, the weaker it would be to control them.
