Episode 3-Haunter of Ruins

The next day on the porch of Hayley's safe house, Klaus and his siblings were waiting to meet Hope and Faith.

"What's the holdup? All right, we rescued Nik, we escaped mortal danger why are we not on a private jet to Saint-Tropez? [He takes a newspaper out of Elijah's hands.] You can catch up on the last five years when we're on our way-- I can assure you haven't missed much." Kol said

"Circumstances have changed we will leave here soon enough." Elijah said

"We have our nieces to consider." Rebekah said

"Kol has a point. We need to put an ocean between us and Marcel Gerard as soon as possible." Freya said

"We're not going anywhere today. I want one day of peace with my daughters. Before we uproot them." Klaus said

"Any delay is a risk." Freya said

"One day. We're in the middle of nowhere, the house is cloaked. We weren't followed, and I'm not asking!" Klaus said

Just then, the door opens and out walks Hayley with Hope and Faith holding her hands.

"Everybody, look who's awake." Hayley said

She moves her hands to where they rested on the girls backs.

Elijah and Kol stand near Rebekah and Hope and Faith smile at them and Klaus smiles and takes a step forward.

"Hello." Hope and Faith said in unison.

"Hello." Klaus said

Hope and Faith look nervous as they hold tighter to their mother's hands.

"Mom, can Faith and I go play in the garden?" Hope asked as she looks up at Hayley.

"Yeah. Sure." Hayley said

Hope grabs Faith's hand and they walk down the porch.

Klaus turns to watch his daughters go then turns back looks at Hayley with a sad look on his face.

In New Orleans, was at St. Anne's Church standing over a pile of fire as he chants.

"Irascitur detruire." Vincent chants

He then picks up the book with a symbol of the snake eating its own tail into the fire.

Flashback:

Vincent was looking out the window when Eva walks in with small bag of food.

"Eva, come on, where you been? I was worried." Vincent said

"I picked up your favorite jambalaya for dinner. [She puts on the counter then turns around and smiles.] Vince, I have news." Eva said

"You was in the Quarter? Come on, Eva. That's... that's Marcel Gerard's territory. And you know that's not safe for witches there. The death toll is growing by the day." Vincent said

"It isn't safe anywhere. Even the Treme is crawling with vampires. [She walks over to him.] Why don't we leave? We could go anywhere. There's a whole world out there with no Marcel to worry about." Eva said

"Eva, baby, I... I can't keep having this conversation with you. All right? This is my home." Vincent said

"This is bigger than the two of us, Vince. I was in the Quarter to see Sophie Devereux. She was a gift, you know? She knows when a woman is pregnant." Eva said

Vincent laughs softly and says. "I'm gonna be a daddy?"

Eva smiles as she says. "Yes."

"Oh." Vincent said
