Baizhu checked Aether who had finally awoke. He was surprised to learn he had been asleep for nearly a month recovering, the weight he lost he gained back quickly within a week, his wounds had all mostly healed and even left no scar which surprised Baizhu and everyone else.

None questioned the miracle, and were all simply thankful he was alright. Having a check up before getting some more rest, Aether patiently waited for Baizhu to make a decision. Paimon floated into his arms hugging him for the ninth time that morning.

He chuckled, hugging her and smiled as Ganyu came over patting his head. She was happy, just as the others were.

After checking his heart and temperature, he approved. "You've recovered quite well, you gave us a scare for a moment there."

"Hehe~" he grinned feeling bad. "Can I go back to adventuring?"

"I would like to allow you right away, but not all of your wounds have healed." Baizhu shook his head and handed Qiqi the medicine to give to him. "Take some more time to simply rest. Another week should do." He smiled.

Paimon was excited already, "Yay! We can go back to adventuring soon! Paimon was running out of puzzles to do!"

"Haha were you? I'm sorry."

"I've prepared a meal, would you like to eat now? Please do have some." Ganyu insisted.

"Thank you, I'll eat!"

"Paimon too!"

"A wise decision." Zhongli approved, "You've only just woken up a few days ago, giving yourself ample time to rest will surely bring you to good health quickly."

"Yeah, I.. I think I'll take it easy for a while. We can go back to adventuring after, how's that?" Aether asked Paimon and she nodded understanding.

"Paimon likes that idea! Ganyu, can you teach Paimon the recipe again? Paimon will get it right this time!"

"Of course." She didn't mind at all.

Zhongli smiled happy Aether accepted Baizhu's suggestion. "Rest well." He patted his head and left. When he moved, it revealed a quiet Xiao who had only just appeared.

He walked over to Aether who smiled, "Good morning, Xiao." No one else in the room but them.

"Hm, morning. How do you feel?"

"Mm.. sore?" Aether tilted his head, "Baizhu said I can go back to adventuring after I'm fully healed."

"Will you.. go soon?"

"No, Zhongli wanted me to rest a little longer too, and I think he's right."

"...." Xiao crossed his arms. "Can you move much?"

"Mm, yeah, but I get kinda stiff if I move too much too fast."

"...." He narrowed his eyes and then averted them, from this Aether could tell he wanted to say something.

"Is there something wrong?"

"Liyue Harbor-" he was about to say then sighed crossing his arms looking away again, "It's nothing, forget it."

"Haha, you can tell me!" Aether chuckled finding that cute for someone as stern as him, "Did I forget-oh! The harbor!" It had slipped his mind entirely. "Aaah! The festival for the guild! It's today!"

Xiao sighed once again. "If you're not well we can stay here."

"N-no! I want to go! I get free game plays for being in the guild!" Aether got right up, perfectly fine, but just as he tried to take a step he nearly fell. Grabbed immediately by a startled Xiao he felt his legs had given out from right under him. "Ah..." he blinked, "um..." Xiao carefully sat him on the bed as Aether then frowned. "I guess I really can't move much..."
