"New friends!" Omori Reader Insert

Basil's birthday

"Can I go now Mom?" You said running down the stairs since you had just finished washing your teeth

"Yes, but put your coat on before" She said while handing you the coat

"Fiiiiiine..." You said while putting it on

After doing that you grabbed a box that was in the floor,  opened the door and said goodbye to your mother

You ran to Basil's house being careful so that the box wouldn't  fall

You saw that one of the windows was opened and you heard someone talking 

"They are probably not gonna come... And I don't blame then! Why would they even wanna be friends with me? And if the even come they are probably gonna be uncomfortable since they probably don't wanna come, yeah, I should probably cancel it..." You heard Basil say

You looked through the window and saw Basil walking in the kitchen and talking to himself about how he should cancel his birthday

"You aight?" You said

Basil looked at you and went all red

"Oh... Hey! Didn't see you there!" He said faking a smile and nervously

"Don't cancel your birthday! It's gonna be cool!" You told him

"Oh hell... You... Saw me talking to myself, didn't you?" He asked

"Yep" You answered

He turned even redder and you could hear him say "shit" multiple times  to himself

"Well, im coming in!" You said

You throwed the box through the window and heard the sound of something breaking

"Y/n! You broke a glass!" Basil shouted kind of angry

"Sorry!" You said figuring out how to go through the window

"We had 7 of them, one for each one of us! Now your's is gonna be the one you broke" He said while you climbed through the window

"Nooooooooo" You said and finally went through the window, falling to the floor "Ouch"

"You're an idiot" Basil said

"Why?" You asked without knowing what he meant

"You could just ask me to open the door!" Basil shouted

"Oh right, but that wouldn't be as cool as this was" You said

"KELSEY NO!" You heard Hero shout from the outside

"I can do whatever I want Hero! You're not mom!" He shouted back

The next thing you saw was Kel climbing the window the same way you did and falling at the floor just like you, the difference was he got up from the floor while you were still laying down on pain but didn't want to say anything

"Kel! Just knock on the door!" Basil said

"Sorry not sorry, I saw y/n do that too, are you gonna get mad at me and not mad at them? Why is that uhhhh?" He asked teasing with a smirk

"KEL! It isn't that! Plus I got mad at y/n too!" Basil said angrily

"That's true!" You said still on the floor

"Are you okay y/n?" Basil asked

"Yeah!" You said while putting your thumbs up

"Then get up, the floor is most probably dirty"  Basil said

"Okay" You said and got up

Kel walked towards you and whispered something to you

"They're at the door, I'll go to open it" He said and you gave hima  thumbs up
