They all sat at a table in Breakfast at Barney's talking and laughing about random topics, when Rome said "so what's up with y'all? Y'all a thing or something?" Stacie elbowed him and Farrah immediately started shaking her head. "No we're not and we won't be." She said with a laugh. Sabien turned and looked at her saying "why not? I thought you was over all that other shit." She rolled her eyes and said simply "just because I'm happy for Stacie and Rome doesn't mean I've changed my mind about how I feel about the shit you do"

"I don't want any static with you ok. To be completely honest there's a guy in my class that I'm interested in" Farrah finished with a shrug of her shoulders. "Damn!" Rome said looking down at his menu hating he even asked the question. "You're thinking about going on a date with Malcom?" Stacie said with a grin. "Malcolm! You really trying to date a nigga named Malcolm? Say you swear! You know this nigga too?" Sabien said as both he and Rome stared at Stacie waiting for a response.

"Yeah he's smart, cute and he's a sweetheart." "That nigga sound like a square." Rome said after a moment of silence "and what's wrong with him being a square?" Farrah said defensively. Rome threw up his hands in surrender "hey what you eat don't make me shit. If that's what you like it ain't none of my business. As long as Stacie's ass don't get no ideas about leaving me for one of them Grey's Anatomy ass niggas I ain't tripping" he said pulling Stacie into his side kissing her cheek. "Ain't nothing wrong with it, but I know for a fact a square can't handle you how you need to be handled." Sabien said staring directly into her eyes.

Before Farrah could respond the waitress walked up and asked "You guys ready to order?" They all nodded as they each started giving their orders. Farrah noticed that the waitress hadn't taken her eyes off Sabien since she walked over, and rolled her eyes. "I love your hair." She said smiling into his face "thank you" He said "I do hair on the side if you ever need a retwist you should hit me up." She said handing him a piece of paper with her name and number. "Well damn can you work your main job, and put our orders in we're hungry." Farrah said pointedly as she reached across Sabien and handed all of their menus to her.

The girl smirked after taking the menus and walked off. "Damn lil folks you straight?" Sabien said with a laugh. "Why wouldn't I be?" Farrah said with an attitude. "You ain't have to talk to lil mama like that." She rolled her eyes "talk to her like what? All I did was ask her ass to do her job? She all in your face like we didn't come in here to eat. If we wanted to talk hair we would be at a salon. Talking about if you ever need a retwist hit me up. Bitch please, I bet she don't even do hair." Farrah said finishing her rant.

"You sounding real bothered." Sabien said "bothered by what? A thirsty hoe that don't have the balls to say she want to fuck you?" Rome and Stacie quietly laughed as they pretended to be interested in whatever was on her phone. "Well at least somebody wants to." Sabien said with a smile. "If you want to fuck on that bitch that's not my business. She ain't even cute with all them teeth in her mouth." She said taking a sip of her drink.

Sabien spent the rest of the time at the restaurant flirting with the waitress every time she came to the table. While Farrah pretended to ignore them and push her food around her plate. "Y'all done?" Sabien said after paying the check. "Absolutely" Farrah said getting up and walking out to the car getting in. She watched from the car window as Sabien leaned down and said something into the girls ear that made her smile and laugh, "hoe" Farrah said talking to herself, before they all made their way to Rome's SUV.

"Finally" Farrah said trying to sound regular. She felt like a ton of bricks was sitting on her chest. "So where to now?" "You could drop me at my place. I've gotta get ready for next week. I have some studying to do." Farrah said almost immediately. Rome nodded as he headed in that direction. He then looked over at Stacie "You want to go home too?" She shook her head before saying with a smirk "no I was hoping we could stop by my place and get my books and I spend the week with you. You can help me study." Rome smiled from ear to ear before leaning over kissing her saying "of course."

Farrah smiled at their interaction. They were cute she could see how much he loved her, how much they loved each other. It was all in their eyes. She looked over and noticed Sabien staring a hole in the side of her face. Her smile immediately left her face before she rolled her eyes and turned to look out the window. She heard him chuckle to himself but he didn't say anything the whole car ride.

Farrah quickly pulled out her keys, grabbed her takeout container and put her hand on the door handle as Rome pulled in front of her building. "Alright thanks for breakfast. Stace call me! Bye Rome take care of my sister." She said jumping out the truck, before it barely came to a stop, and walking towards the door. "Well damn I guess your ass a ghost." Rome said looking back at his brother laughing. "Shut up nigga and take me to my car. I got shit to do."

Sabien leaned his head back and closed his eyes as he felt the car start to move again. He'd much rather be spending his weekend the same way his brother would be spending his, laid up with his woman, chilling and fucking. He put his hand in his pocket and fingered the paper with the waitress's number on it, thinking how he wasn't even interested in the girl. He just wanted to get under Farrah's skin the same way she was under his. He'd be damned if he'd allow some corny ass nigga named Malcolm to take his woman.
