Slang for a big time drug dealer, who supplies lesser drug dealers with their drugs. Also referred to as a drug connect.

"Wassup ma!" Sabien, the largest known drug dealer in the city, yelled towards me. I rolled my eyes as he approached me and my friend Stacie.

"Why y'all walking so fast?" He asked pretending to be winded "maybe we trying to get away from you?" I said sarcastically, but my face was serious as hell. "Why you frontin on me ma?" He said easing closer.

"First of all back up!" I said with my hands raised "and second, I'm not fronting on you. I'm genuinely uninterested." I said with exasperation.

"What is it? You don't find me attractive?"

"You're definitely attractive. You fine as hell." Stacie said opening her mouth for the first time. He smirked and rubbed at his chin hair, but gave me a look as if asking if I felt the same way she did.

"She's right you are fine. I'd date you happily if I were one of these shallow girls on the block, but unfortunately for you I'm not." I said crossing my arms over my chest. This exchange was lasting longer than normal.

"So what's wrong with me then?" He said as if he were confused.

"I don't date drug dealers." I said. He looked taken aback for a second. He quickly recovered and said "I'm not a drug dealer ma."

"So I guess when you roll up on the block in your blacked out Mercedes G-wagon, and all these little niggas run up to yo car giving you money, you just picking up their earnings from their lemonade stands." I said while rolling my eyes.

He laughed at my statement and shrugged "who says I'm picking up any earnings? If you peeped all that activity you must be watching me awfully hard"

"Boy bye!" I turned to Stacie "girl let's go I'm tired of talking in circles." I grabbed her arm and tried to walk away, but what he said next caught my attention.

"Why you always running from me? Y'all used to be my homegirls, especially you, now you act like you too good?" I could hear the hurt in his voice.

I turned back around and looked at him and then shook my head sadly "you changed Sabien! You know I can't condone what you do!"

He walked towards me angrily "I didn't feed that crack to ya moms!" My head snapped back like he had slapped me. I heard Stacie gasp before yelling "Sabien!"

I shook my head and wiped at the tear that threatened to fall and said "fuck you Sabien! Don't ever speak to me again!"

He balled his face up to the point I could barely recognize him. The person he was now scared me "fuck you too! Be careful on this block from now on cause you ain't got my protection no more!"

"I don't need your protection! I ain't ever needed shit from you!" And with that I turned and walked away. I told him this life would change him. He didn't believe me, and now look at him. I don't know who this person is.
