INJURIES OUT OF NOWHERE

ASTRID

"Alright, feel that twirk on the arm." Phil tells me from behind.

"Yeah." I respond with a pant.

"Now you can counter it by stomping on my foot, pushing back or elbowing me with your free hand and reverse a standing switch and get me in a waist lock." He instructs.

I nod taking in his words. "From the top."

He let's me go and we restart, circle eachother in the ring. We lock up and he applies the hold twisting my arm. I stomp his foot elbowing him and doing the standing switch.

I smirk behind him. Taking him off guard I lift him slamming him down on the canvas.

"Woah!" He yelps.

I let him go laughing. He rolls over laying down.

"I see you've gotten stronger." He notes with a grin on his face.

"I have been training hard..." I trail off, "...BAM!" I exclaim flexing my bicep.

"Oh! You looking to give me competition Astrid." He says reaching his hand out and squeezing it.

"Mhm... I'll be taking that Championship too." I joke.

"Reaching a little too far there Astrid." He tells me trying to sound serious.

I laugh. "I want a picture, come here."

He scoots over. I take my phone that was under the turnbuckle. We pose flexing out biceps with a silly face as if we're roaring, he took a few normal pictures and silly faces, I also took a few more pictures of us training. I posted a few of them and we got serious once more and did a match.

"Get him Astrid!" I hear a female voice behind me.

"Really guys." I hear Phil grunt.

I manage to knock him done going up to the top rope. I leap off landing on him with a frog splash. I go for the pin jokingly but Nikki slides in the ring playing ref and fast counts to three giving me the win.

"Oh come on!" Phil groans.

"Divas stick together, sorry." She says shrugging her shoulders.

Phil shakes her head. "I'll get you back, Bella." He threatens.

"Not if I have to say anything about it." John grabs our attention with his hands on his hips.
